Haven't seen too many complaints about Pettis lately.

Lineup needs more Aoki. If that means Gattis has to lose some ABs so be it. Dude just brings an awesome approach even if his numbers wont stay this good.

And its hard to not feel really good about Keuchel right now. Looks like an ace again.

Altuve has reached base 11 consecutive ABs.

    Pretty good feat.

I don't want to actually say what i'm thinking, I'll put it this way, isn't it amazing that wesbrook broke a record this year that no one thought would ever be broken.........

Altuve reaches base 596 consecutive times?

I'm thinking more along the lines of DiMaggio. After you are done laughing, consider it. :)

Considering Aoki would most likely be playing the field, why would Gattis lose AB's?

At this point, Marisnick/Reddick would be the option to sit with Aoki starting against both lefties and righties.

DiMaggio doesn't hold the consecutive reach base/plate appearance record.... and Altuve is actually not that far away from a record that has been in place over 120 years!

ya. I heard on the broadcast did they say the record was 17? I didn't realize it has stood for so long though.... I don't think we should talk too much about it, because I think the baseball jinx is real haha. But as far as Dimaggio goes, If there ever was a player who could do it, I think it's Tuve. I've always thought he could pull off a massive hitting streak. Then again, I am incredibly biased when it comes to Altuve. I think we are getting to witness a player that could be mentioned among all time greats when it is said and done.

How about our boy Devo in the 8th last night?? I hope that continues...

Im just not sure if he is viable in RF defensively and Beltran is basically guaranteed an everyday role.

Team K% thus far at 17%, second lowest in baseball. It's real nice mixing in players who strike out at a low rate to counterbalance the rest of the lineup.
