No doubt, his patients were giving him sexual favors for drugs and he only got to see them once a week....it's no wonder he was focused on them.

You have seen my posts bro, I have never been focusing on anything but the content of characters of a person. The lefties around here attack me with pitch fork. The little doctor's sordid past is totally irrelevant in this case. A concussion, a broken nose and 2 missing teeth is not a little banged up. I still do not understand your attitude towards this old man. I am as tough as they come, my years in the military and boxing gave me multiple dings and dents. What happened to this doctor is no joke, his concussion is serious given his age. I have suffered a couple myself from boxing, it took me awhile to recover from them and I was very fortunate that they happened when I was in my 20s.....I'm in my 50s now.
Again, what's with the hostility bro or you just being a dick?

Like I've said many times, anyone who would have to be dragged off of a plane deserves to be dragged off of a plane. It would never be a problem for anyone worth a damn.....and the man's past confirms that he's a POS.

Ok, so you don't care for the fact that what they did to this man was illegal. You don't care for the fact that the Chicago aviation police chief has a less than stellar history too. You don't care for the fact that United has a history of mistreating passengers. You only care about the manners and the sordid past of this doctor. Got it bro, it's crystal clear now. You are a dick!

People often throw the word "illegal" around really loosely and this is a good example.

Anyway, the douchebag should have just gotten off the flight when they asked him to....you know, what any halfway decent person would have done, and no one would have laid a finger on him.

Anyway, feel free to keep crying for the multiple felon POS who got what he deserved if you want, I'm not going to.

My brother is a pilot working for one of GCC airlines, on a trip/leg, the flight attendant told him there is an elderly couple in economy class ,one of them seemed sick,my brother gave her permission to upgrade their seats to 1st class as seats were available. One of the passengers in First class was one of the Company top executive who spotted what took place and had a hysteria , went screaming and cursing showing his frustration of lack of discipline in front of other passengers, a few days later,my brother had to pay about 8k$ in fines deducted from his salary

After a month of further investigation/reviews, that same exuctive was terminated along with 2 other high ranking managers who imposed the fines ,the company revoked the fines and paid my brother a week extra worth of work as compensation, the airline reputation is more important than blindly following unthoughtful procedures

How did you get on if it was sold out? Did someone volunteer their ticket?

Hey Bobby, here is another victim of United. Perhaps this 94 year old disabled grandma deserves what's coming to her because of something in her past. You keep on being a dick and one day this shiet may happen to you or one of your family members.

Here is another example of a "goonsquad " Bobby: one of the goons was seen laughing by witnesses as they dragged David Dao through the aisles. Like Dan Dorotik said earlier, when you're proven wrong, just owned up to it and move on, no need to dig your hole any bigger bro.

They overbooked it and asked for volunteers at boarding.

the coverage, by Cable news, of this latest United Airline blunder

CNN/MSNBC/CNBC televised team Dr. Dao's press conference in its entirety; the Fox News channel did not.

as it relates to United's offer to reimburse all the passengers on the flight

this was how Fox news had reported it.
    • In an effort to calm the backlash, United also announced that passengers on United Express Flight 3411 would be compensated equal to the cost of their tickets. United spokeswoman Megan McCarthy said Wednesday that the passengers can take the compensation in cash, travel credits or miles.

this was how CNN had reported it on the Don Lemon Show, when he was interviewing the passenger, Ms. Cummings, who was seated behind Dao, and was quoted by Dao's attorney during the press conference

    • United's offer of reimbursement comes w a condition, that
the passengers waive their right to sue the airline. Ms. Cummings
said that she is not willing to waive her right.
As to the next pivotal public event for United Airline.
    as reported by CNBC,

Next Tuesday is United Airline's quarterly earnings conference, attended by analysts and shareholders,
After the CFO reports on the financials, the CEO will be called to the podium to answer questions.

i want to see the scumbag Munoz squirm when the analysts/sharholders ask
"should United's"de-accomodating" CEO be fired ?"
As to United's pilot union putting all the blame on the Chicago Airport Police (CAP)
as reported by Tom Costello on the Kate Snow show on MSNBC

" i have confirmed, w 3 sources, it was the United boarding gate agent who called the CAP
    to remove a belligerent passenger

Wow... Fox chose to not televise the passenger's press conference. Wonder if there is a reason why Fox chose to be the outlier this time...

So what? I'm sure it was hilarious, the guy was acting like a complete lunatic to where he forced people to drag him off a plane. I guarantee I'd have laughed at him if I was there too. It was yet another case of a douchebag getting what he desperately deserves and I consider that funny....and of course others will play white knight here and plan a march on Washington over it because they think the perv felon represents them. You know, just more of the same from the same people who always respond this way.

She was a normal person who just moved when they asked her to, I don't see the problem here.

As to this kind of thing happening to me or one of my family members.....If I was asked to leave a plane, I'd leave the plane....so no, there's no chance it could happen to me. Also, if any of my family members were as much of a douchebag as the felon who was dragged off the plane, I'd hope the same thing happened to them....they'd deserve it.

So exercising your contractual rights is akin to acting like a complete lunatic?

Refusing the orders of flight staff isn't "exercising your contractual rights", in fact he was contractually obligated to follow the orders of flight staff.....but of course we know that most "I know my rights" people generally don't.

Refusing to leave to the point where you had to be drug off of the plane and then running back on yelling "just kill me" is acting like a complete lunatic.....and it is right in line with what doctors who have assessed him in the past have said about him. The guy has serious interpersonal problems that he should seek help for. If that happens, then this will have a happy ending.

Since the news first broke, the terms of the contract have been heavily scrutinized by lawyers and pundits, and they've all seemed to reach the same conclusion....that Dao did nothing wrong. So no, he wasn't contractually obligated to follow the orders of the flight staff.

You mean after he was knocked unconscious? You know what? You're right. In all the boxing/MMA matches I've seen, whenever someone gets knocked unconscious, they've always popped right back up with their mental faculties fully intact....
