It doesn't matter if he was belligerent or not, he was insubordinate when given an order he was required to comply with. There seems to be a trend of people getting in trouble when they foolishly think that the rules don't apply to them and that they can do or refuse to do whatever they want. He should be absolutely ashamed of himself for how he acted.....but he won't, I'm sure he'll think he was a victim and that people were just being mean to him for no reason.
