Should be a fun series. I have rockets at 5 should they hold home court the first two games. However, if they lose one of the first, a very real possibility if our shooters get tight because of playoffs, then this thing could easily go to 7.
I got a really good feeling about williams. He showed up for that nationally televised game. I think he is gonna show up big for us in this series
I'm not expecting the Rockets to go to the finals this year but I'm fully expecting us to crush OKC in the 1st round otherwise Harden doesn't deserve to win the MVP.
Our performance over the course of a series depends largely on the quality of the other team's defense. So I'm happy to face OKC. After that, it gets ugly.
If you believe like I do, that Memphis wins that last OT game against the Spurs had Conley not gotten a gash above his eye, and Gasol wasn't on restricted minutes , then MEM has a 3-1 record vs the Spurs. Spurs are not guaranteed to advance, imo.

Of the 4 possible playoff opponents, this was clearly the most desirable match up. Westbrook is gonna take 35 shots every game, and he'll have a hot shooting night or two. But his game dominating nature makes them an extremely one dimensional squad offensively, and not very threatening on defense.
We just have to keep them off the offensive glass. The only advantage they have is their huge frontline and rebounding.There for if we can limit their frontline from crashing the offensive glass we should win and honestly win easily.
