I don't think we should ban Syrian refugees.

So flights have resumed at the airport which was bombed by 59 missiles, now that's terrible aim or just missiles made of marshmallows

Runways are very easily fixed. This has been the case since we started bombing airfields 80 years ago.

don't use a million dollar plus cruise missile on a concrete runway, you use it to destroy a $36 million SU-34 bomber

Putting someone inexperienced and temperamental in charge. Making Americans distrust the political establishment. Possibly putting in someone who would roll back sanctions. Most definitely just wanting to prevent Clinton from getting the presidency.

LOL. Obama had the worst modern economic crisis and cleaning up up two wars of CHOICE. We are stronger than we were in 2008, just deal with it.

Where were you planning on destroying a SU34 bomber? On a Russia airstrip?

No it was to send some sort of unclear message. Are we sending in ground troops? Are we going to war against Assad? So what's the next move LilTexxx?

Whose capability? I haven't read anything to suggest Russia sold or gave Syria any SU34s.

For sure that was the message and to be honest it was just a warning shot. It was intended to hurt, but not cripple in order to show how easily the US could crush the Assad regime's ability to defend themselves if they continued to use chemical weapons. We'll see if it is effective.....but it can't be as ineffective as what was done last time.

I hope it's one step closer to find Assad's body in Damascus sewer

Right, but what about the Russians who defend Assad? That wouldn't be like us brushing aside the Iraqi army.

this is 100% correct. Trump is a negotiator just like Morey. Just like when Trump offered a better deal to manufacturing companies to move back to US.

Hmmmm, with 59 missiles what exactly was the intention? Whatever it was, it does look good anyway you slice it given that the airport was being used the following day.

It is amazing to me how easily the American public is distracted by foreign policy nonsense like this. How many times have we seen a President engage in some pointless foreign military intervention to distract from domestic problems? It's like clockwork. Then the 24 hour lap dog press takes their directives straight from the Pentagon to drum up fear and support. It's freaking embarrassing. Never mind the endless Trump/GOP flip flops. Nothing gives wingnuts a bigger hard on than a stupid, self-righteous bombing of some crap country they couldn't find on a map if their lives depended on it. This country is so screwed up.
