why do they sign aoki, beltran, and reddick, then start marisnick 3 times in the first 6 games?

 

I hate it when the bullpen destroys such an awesome outing by the starting pitcher but that's baseball. Luke is money more times than not so you take the kick in the balls.

 

Gotta love that "pitch to contact" in your bullpen.

 

Sorry guys, it really is all my fault. Thursday I was talking up the Rockets and Astros to my boss... and ever since, well, blame me.

 

Luke "Regression" is such trash...we really need to stop losing to this BS team

 

Having a hole in the line-up comforts them.

 

The hitting. The bullpen. The baserunning. The managing. No improvement.

 

Wel at least Peacock has been solid so far this year

 

Someone explain to me why Dave Hudgens is still the hitting coach

I'm sure robotic Hinch felt putting Marisnick in there against all the lefties was the best move even though Aoki and Reddick are very likely better hitters than Marisnick, even against lefties.

 

Wow, I went for a smoke break when we were up 2-1 and now we're down 7-2??????????????? WTF?

Amazing we're going to be .500 after tonight... we have been garbage outside of some good starting pitching and we've still kept it at .500.... this ball club needs to figure it out because another April like April 2016 we might well be missing the play-offs again..

These games do matter.

 

If whatever you are using is strong enough to erase memory, I'd like a hit.

 

I agree. 7-17 last year killed the Astros hopes for a playoff spot. This year, it seems they're heading the same way. And no one give me that, "It's still early in the season crap!" This team was suppose to have an explosive offense and I still don't see it.

 

I can't wait for the old farts to come on here and say that we aren't allowed to complain. They can take this L and shove it straight up their a$$es

 

Its still early but two games were blown by the bullpen and it could have been 3 if George didn't have his heroics. These games do matter and after all the moves and hype this summer so far they've really not played well to start this season. Altuve, Correa not hitting worth a damn so far. Hopefully they come around soon !!!!!
