This seems like a measured response that other Presidents would have done. I have no issue with the strike itself. The man leading the charge is inexperienced and incompetent sure, but in a vacuum this is all right.

I like the sentiment, but I also felt some irony hearing "no child of God should have to die like this" from the one who took it upon himself to order the likely deaths of other children of God. Right or wrong, there's irony there.
Since you keep playing "Revisionist History," care to answer my direct question to you that I've asked for twice? What should the US have done in Syria up until now? You keep making it sound like THE foreign policy conundrum of the last few years has an easy solution that President Obama, and scores of lifelong diplomats, somehow missed. Wrong again it wasn't the last presidents fault it was congress's fault for not approving military action when asked.
That's a nice cop out, but given that this president just did something about it without Congress, I'm pretty sure the last president could have.....he just turned b**** when Putin told him to go get his shine box.
