Mariners fans are probably thinking the same thing about Cano and Cruz. It's been a strange series for some of these dudes so far.
Tuve looks impatient. He didn't have a good WBC either, so he's probably pressing to live up to outside and his own lofty expectations.
My biggest fear going into this season is Altuve regressing. Obviously 3 games is nothing to worry about. So many fans were worried about the rotation, but I'm more worried about Altuve falling back to earth. Not saying it's going to happen, or that I think it will happen. Just that it was one of my fears going into the year. Dude has been an absolute monster. Put up stupid numbers. But what if he hits .290 this year and his walk rate dwindles to what is was 2-3 years ago? Time will tell.
Really don't want to see Altuve up in a big spot currently. He's way too anxious and just a mess at the plate right now.
Leave it to the anemic 2017 Astros offense to get no runs out of bases loaded 0 outs in the heart of the line up Good grief
