crimes were committed. your contention is that Susan Rice is not guilty of those crimes. That's why we have an investigation. The unmasking is what permitted the leaking so certainly she is going to be looked at thoroughly. Since she is a known liar and piece of ****, many believe she is guilty of unmasking for political reasons so the information can be leaked(probably by another).

I've already said this many times you just cant read. Unmasking may or may not be a crime depending on why it was done.

that Rice did it? no. that's whats being investigated . She is obviously a suspect since she unmasked which permitted the leaking.

    WHAT CRIME? What Investigation?

Show me where its a crime for a NSA director to unmask American Citizens in an intelligence report? Show me where Susan Rice didn't go through the proper system to unmask the people she unmasked? Theres no investigation being targeted strictly at Rice because they don't need to. All they have to do is go to the Pentagon, and look at how she followed or didn't follow the proper procedures. This could be done in an afternoon by the FBI, the DOJ, or the White House... who... .by the way, can simply declassify the documents and make public with a stroke of a pen.

Again, if you are using General Flynn as an example of it being mis-used and leaked, Devin Nune contradicted this theory that the Right is pushing. There is no evidence that the Flynn unmasking and leaking came from Rice.

You are pointing towards her being a "Lying POS" as being evidence that she committed a crime here. You going back to your Greatest hits is shaping your argument here for pre-judgement.

I've said over and over again that this may or may not be crime depending on the justification. why can't you read?

no i didn't. you have no reading comprehension skills what so ever.

You absolutely did you moronic lying piece of ****.

You can't spin this quote of yours any other way you lying piece of ****. You've been playing this deliberately obtuse game ever since you sadly joined this forum. Seriously, shut the **** up.

where did i say that's evidence she committed a crime? wtf? good grief. The quote you posted says nothing of the kind. Not even close.

I think 3 times in a row dobro asked me what evidence is there that Susan Rice committed a crime and every time i said none. But some how now i have said there is evidence or something......

    and I quote-

And you were CLEARLY talking about Susan Rice, and the Unmasking so don't go all "Reading Comprehension" on me. You can't have a shred of credibility if you claim crimes have been committed and then provide no evidence.

You said you have no evidence but "Crimes have been Committed". You can't have one without the other so just do us a favor and drop this until you see evidence you can site that links evidence of a Crime in Unmasking that Susan Rice committed that you can share.

Evidence and Crimes go hand in hand.

    finish the quote

I said no evidence Susan Rice committed a crime. A crime was most definitely was committed. The leaking of intelligence data is a crime. or else it wouldn't be a 'leak'

No you are obviously pushing a narrative about Susan Rice because "She's a Lying POS" and therefore we all need to assume she did something wrong here. I did finish the quote too, and you went on to insinuate there is a criminal investigation ON SUSAN RICE, and therefore there must be something there. That's purposefully seeding falsehoods to push a narrative.

You are purposefully linking Susan Rice with the Leaking which is where I have a problem, and think you are purposefully confusing people or are just confused yourself. I can read what you are saying and know the point of what you are trying to get at. The gymnastics you are trying to pull to say I clearly said this, and said that and its up to you to separate the two is an exercise in muddying the waters on purpose & having a back exit to try and get out of.

Why don't you just come out, and be honest with what you are trying to accomplish here?

ill finish it since you wont.

    what didn't you understand?

WTF. first of all my statement says they will talk to Susan Rice in regards to the Hosue's investigation into the wiretaps, unmasking, and leaking. AND since when does investigating someone insinuate there must be something there? CMON man wtf.

There is no leak without the unmasking. If I was investigating the leaks of a private citizens phone calls I would certainly want to know why those phone calls where unmasked and passed around the intelligence community.

What didn't I understand?.... ALOT. You are insinuating a TON here, and spreading misinformation about how this works.

Since when did Unmasking names in an intelligence report mean that you "Permitted" or assisted with a Leak? When Susan Rice Unmasked a name, she didn't hit Reply All to an email that sent the intelligence documents out to the Press. That's not the way it works.

You are referring to Michael Flynn being unmasked and that being leaked out to the Press are you not? Because there are no other examples I see out there other than what Devin Nunes is referring to, and THOSE WERE NOT LEAKED. That is a fact.

The Michael Flynn situation is the only scenario we have where a potentially unmasked person was caught up in surveillance and that surveillance was reported on in the Press through a leak. Virtually anyone in the intelligence community with security clearance to classified documents could have leaked that information. You are spewing a narrative that Susan Rice is the sole conduit for these leaks, and that's just not true under any circumstance. She can unmask as part of her job. She had damn good reason for unmasking Michael Flynn.

There is a difference in being called to testify in an investigation, and being INVESTIGATED for Criminal charges. I think its highly likely Rice does get asked to testify but since when does being asked to testify assume you are part of a crime?

That's not true at all in Washington. Assuming you are talking about Flynn again, A CIA or NSA official could have listened to the tapped call between Flynn and the Russian, and the name was still masked on the transcript. Hell Devin Nunes himself said that he can easily tell who someone is that got caught up in surveillance even though it says "Male 1" or whatever. Also when Rice unmasked Flynns name (lets say that happened), she can feel its urgent to share with other officials in the White House or elsewhere who have access to classified information (which it was in that case), and its them who leaked. It could have been Steve Bannon for all we know who was said to have been put on the National Security Council strictly to monitor Flynn. Steve Bannon would have access to these classified documents FYI. I doubt it was him, but just saying... Its insane to point ALL LEAKS in the direction of Susan Rice because as NSA she viewed the documents and she might of or might not have unmasked names.

Again... Leaking in Washington is like Gambling in a Casino.

And I find it hilarious that folks that probably praised glory to Wikileaks months ago are now having a heart attack about GENERAL FLYNN's name being leaked. General Flynn, the guy who was working as a paid foreign agent of Turkey. Can we talk about Priorities here for a second please. Sh$%.

No, you just support the GOP who also supports Trump's lies. Funny how no one voted for or supports trump.... yet they take up the mantle regardless.

Usually the spin comes after the crisis, not before. What's more likely to be a redirect, the Russian narrative that started to grow before the election or the vindicitve leak story that didn't get going until early this year?

I don't know that to be true.

Even you call it the "Russian narrative" i.e. a fabricated story. The "leak" is not a fabrication whether it is vindictive or not.

It's funny that when Nunes originally had his press conferences many were jumping on board saying that it proved Trump's tweet claims. Of course it didn't help back up Trump's wiretapping tweets and it showed Nunes to be a shill and possibly get himself into trouble.

So why isn't Fox news coming after him like they are Rice? Oh, he's a Republican, I forgot they are above the law and never guilty, but those liberals are always guilty so you don't even have to have due process.
