The Guardian directly quoted the journalist that traveled with Tillerson. That quote came from the "exclusive" interview. But here are several other news sources: Politico Breitbart (I feel disgusted linking this) Fortune CNBC Breitbart is the only shoddy one but in your head they're probably the most reputable.
Read the articles in there. You're not reporting the full story. A better representation was that he was previously looking forward to his retirement, but that his wife convinced him to take the job. He wasn't openly lobbying for the job, Trump surprised him with it. That's very different than saying that he doesn't want to be in the role now. Come on, people - this is ridiculous.
