The hard cap & overall rules for international signings will really kill a lot of the market for these 16 year old or older players. Hopefully, Luis Roberto Guzman gets clear just in time so the Astros can sign him. He will be the last uber prospect of it's kind who will be able to sign with no limit if he gets clear in time. Benicio del Toro is a 50 year old actor from Puerto Rico. I'd sign him up for just about anything, because he's just that damn good.. Don't know if he can hit the curveball, though.
