Agreed.... our big cant bang with the big boys in the nba.. capella is too weak and unsound..... and harrell is too short... nene is too old.... we need a better center in order to compete.....

He clearly is hampered by the wrist. It's not a coincidence that his worse 3 games have come after injuring it.

But yeah you're probably right, won player of the week, hurt his wrist, looks like ass. Probably not the wrist. Makes sense.

 

Spurs and Warriors rested their players the whole season. Guess what happened last night, both Rockets and Thunder flamed out at the end. Both Harden's and Westbrook's on a non-rest team were leading for most of the game, but during the most critical time Rockets and Thunder lose it. Kawhi had a so-so first half, exploded in the 2nd half. Curry had a so-so first half, exploded in the 2nd half. Both players were part of the rest plan for this season. If you aren't worn, you win games at the end. Some of the Rockets conditioning is affecting them especially Gordon. If you look at Gordon's first half of the regular season, he was averaging 4-5 3pt made. The 2nd half of the season, he is averaging 2-3. Gordon hasn't played that many games in his career since his rookie season in '08. Give it a rest!!

When houston faces high pressure defence, they always choose the player who shoots poorly to shoot. Especially,when harden is not playing. Their big gives strong threat for us. I think we need j smith or some big like Ibaka to join houston immediately

 

The defensive pressure redirects that pass to the poor shooter. That is the defensive game plan of GSW.

First post!!! The rockets are a very good team this season but against teams like the warriors and spurs we are still a slight level down. I believe we can reach that level in the next couple of season with Harden, but will need a few key pieces that we don't have yet.

 

Yeah, it seems like he's not able to absorb a lot of contact, most of times when he bangs in the paint and there's some heavy contact he's just not able to keep his position and loses the ball, it happened at least three times in this game too

 

We are trash in the 4th quarter. Early playoff exit.
