Everybody knows that there's a difference between sitting out because you're tired and sitting out because you're legitimately injured. The media knows that Harden's wrist isn't right.

If this team didn't collapse mentally in probably 1/5 games at least, then we would be second seed.

How many games did you watch against subpar competition this year and walk away after a L thinking 'man we should not have lost that game'.

And how many of those games did we have a double digit lead?

That's why I get annoyed with this team. I can't speak for the '40%' of fans you speak of.

Harden ain't resting, folks. First of all, he can't thanks to his idiotic remark about not missing games being a factor in the MVP race. Secondly, we still haven't locked up the 3rd seed. The magic number remains 3 nearly a week after the OKC win.

Youre right, theres NOTHING to be upset about. All that matters is "record" and not things like present play, current state of the team, constant problems for the last 3 MONTHS....

We are sitting on a record won by ONE great month. If it wasnt for that then THIS team would have the same record as OKC. Its really worrisome my friend. Its not last year, but there is PLENTY to worry about and be troubled by. If you dont believe that, then you are fooling yourself.

I thought Harden did a ok job at guarding Pachulia. Lol that is how they do zone Defense. They do it in spurts tho.

Houston does not have enough players to shoot. Why Houston does not buy Matt barnes? Why dont let Nene harrell and capela play in the same game? Just using 3 to 4 bench players cannot reach the finals

Got to give the team credit, they fought hard all game, never gave up, and actually hung with GS until 92-92. But we definitely need to be 100%, not just health wise, but also rotations so that everyone can flourish at their given job and not have to do too much.

Clint is not ready to play at this level probably, the biggest problem i have with him is that a lot of times he loses the ball due to being too weak, and in games like this that's going to happen quite often in the playoffs...as for the rest well, he's 22 years old, first season as a starter...Adams wasn't playing better than him after two seasons in the league, in fact i think he was worse so...you just need to give him time to develop, there's no magic in a situation like this, you either trust and wait the development of this guy, or you try to sign Boogie next summer.

Fortunately for him the remaining games seem to get easier but could still be trap games.

Most people thought we'd lose this in a blowout.

Instead, we came out to play early, took an early punch and instantly rebounded. Bench had a very nice run in the 1st half.

We were up 80+% of the game with Harden playing horribly, the team again shooting below average from 3pt (including a number of rim outs), and being without our best PF (Anderson) and C (Nene).

All in all considering the above, this was not the worst scenario. I'm still confident we can beat any team in the league in a 7 game series with multiple days rest.

2nd night of a B2B against the Warriors in their building will do that to you. We played neck and neck with them for most of the game while keeping the lead and we lost it in the finals minutes with the arbitrary ball slapping finally getting the best of us.

If you cannot speak for that 40% then what is the deal... that means I was not referring to you... and honestly I was not. How many games... more than a few. And 18 losses is "context" because we are still a 3rd seed in the west, after a subpar last season and our only additions being offensive guys when most of us thought defense was the way to go.

That context and this thread alone's knee jerk-ness is what I speak of.

There will be threads galore about how bad this team is or how bad we will be in the playoffs or whatever other nonsense that 40% will post about. It's the nature of CF's.... God forbid the offseason... don't even come around.

Also, I don't know what Draymond Green has to do to demonstrate that he's clearly the best player on the Warriors team and is the heart and soul. He's 2nd in the entire league in RPM only behind CP3 and 2nd in the entire league in DRPM only behind Gobert.

The Warriors can survive an injury of any of their players except for Green.
