Didn't you follow them in recent years. We had some tough matchups with them. In regular season and playoffs since the Brandon Roy, Batum, Rudy Fernandez, LMA days.

And then Lillard and McCollum came along.

I barely glanced at the box score and the issue is glaring it has been lately. Harden cannot shoot three pointers. He is not a great shooter and teams are not respecting him at the three-point line. That right there makes our offense much easier to guard. In order for the Rockets to succeed he has to take and make his looks from three. this team does not have a Robin he is Batman even though lou stepped up and played like robin tonight.

I hope the injury is the issue and it's not too serious

that's what I'm saying though. This team only has lucky shots over the Rockets in the regular season and the first round of the playoffs. That is literally the only thing the boazers have and honestly who cares about the first round or the regular season.

Tuned into the last 6 minutes, they tied it up and then pulled some 2016 moves, pathetic

This loss is on D'antoni. Its time to grow some balls coach. Should have sat Harden on a first night of a back to back. Nene is the only player thats gets rest, as if he's the most important player on the team. I understand nene's old, but James Harden is actually hurt and is still playing, why coach?

When james is having a bad night like tonight he needs to benched? We probably had a chance at winning, if he sat out honestly. The L tomorrow is inevitable, just rest james.

Might as well sit Jimmy....we don't have the firepower to beat GS again at their place...probably anywhere TBH. We REALLY REALLY need something inside. I mean really someone.

Harden just isn't good during playoff pressure games. He's never proven to be a clutch player in pressure games. Sigh..same old choking beard. This is how he will play during the playoffs. And its not because of his wrist! He's always been a turnover machine when defenses clamps up.

D'Antoni is a coach, but the true coach is Harden. He controls the team, he has said that he would not let D'Antoni give him rest.

Harden must get his wrist right. We won't get far in the playoffs with the version of Harden that we've seen the last 2 games.

I wonder if Morey thinks this frontcourt is gonna work. Been needing a upgrade inside since training camp. Not one move has been made to address the weakness. Having Lou will is great but we still need a big body inside.

I think it has more to do with the teams not respecting his jumper so he starts forcing shots when hes off, not in rhythm and unconfident and missing and then he doesn't trust his jumper so teams coninue to play off of him and he starts forcing bad passes because he cant create since they can get away with giving him so much space and he cant get that first step since they are playing 1-2 steps off of him and going under on screens

also I did not watch this game or the Warriors game so I might be way wrong, but I know basketball so chances are im right

I miss the James Harden that would get in rhythm and score

I miss the james harden that didn't rely so much on the 3 to get going. I miss the james that would get in the post when theres a smaller defender on him. He doesn't have to take the 3. If their playing off him, he needs to get off the ball and call for a post up. I miss the james that would cook defenders and he didn't care if the shot was a 3 pointer or not. He just got buckets!

Harden should limit himself to no more than 6-7 3 point attempts a game unless he's really feeling it and incorporate more midrange shots into his game

shooting 2-13 from 3 is a joke and is just unnecessary...at some point u have to realize that it's not your night from 3

that James Harden was shooting a little bit better from the three and a little bit better means they come out and guard you and go over on screens or they get burned

I'm not sure his wrist is bothering him that much, aside the fact that they would sit him if it was bad, but he took A LOT of bad/unnacessary shots tonight instead of looking more for a pass...it's also true that other guys were trash btw...
