Tim Curry suffered a massive stroke a couple years back so he couldn't do it.

Was initially dubious. Trailer has changed my mind. Good work.

I know my wife won't watch this with me, but I'd like to see it. During the day, at like 2PM, and then go out into the sunshine afterwards.

Brother and I liked watching the original. Isn't there a sequel to the original where they were adults?

The 2nd best Stephen King book after The Stand...and it looks promising.

I REALLY hope its more of a slow burn than the trailer made it seem though. I did hear rumors that King himself liked the private screening.

Seems like they used all of the key moments from the TV series. But still worth a look. The kid looking down the drain was scary in the original for little kids. They might done well to just keep the trailer to that.

Of course the kid from Stranger Things is in it.

Also, Derry, Maine can **** right off. It's pretty cool how King ties the story together throughout his different books. The allusion to this story in 11/22/63 is amazingly well done.

    Yeah....f**k clowns.

I think the original IT may be the reason I hate them so much now.
