Bush had so many **** ups. Iraq, Katrina, Financial crisis. How does a C student become president of the US. I guess on the bright side he wasn't a pathological liar.

Trump is loony at times. http://www.politico.eu/article/donald-trump-handed-angela-merkel-outrageous-nato-bill-report/
That's not loony. That's bats*** crazy. In what universe did he expect that to be a winning strategy? What would happen if one of the many many vendors he's stiffed throughout the years did the same thing to him? That's not a strategy. That's strategery.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/03/27/trump-handed-merkel-374b-nato-bill-during-talks.html Foxnews said it so it must be true.
Politico backed off their claim but did not delete the original article. http://www.politico.eu/article/germany-didnt-receive-nato-invoice-from-trump-government/
I wonder if any Trump voters on this forum regret their vote? It could turn out like Dubya folly the Iraq War in which it getting harder to get folks to to admit that they supported it.
Trump's approval rating sinks to 35 percent: poll BY MAX GREENWOOD - 03/29/17 02:10 PM EDT President Trump's job approval rating hit a new low of 35 percent on Wednesday, according to Gallup's daily tracking poll. His approval rating dropped by 1 point since Tuesday, continuing a downward trend since taking office. Former President Obama's approval ratings hovered in the low-60 percent range after his first two months in office, according to Gallup, and former President George W. Bush saw approval numbers in the 50-percent range. Unlike most new presidents, Trump never saw the period of high approval ratings that typically follows inaugurations. His approval rating peaked at 46 percent just after he was sworn in. His ratings were hit particularly hard by the legislative failure of the GOP's plan to repeal and replace ObamaCare on Friday. Trump's young administration has also been roiled by controversy, including allegations of ties to Russia, his accusations that Obama wiretapped him during the campaign and feuds with the media and others. The director of the FBI confirmed publicly last week that the bureau is investigating Russia's meddling in the election, including potential ties between Trump's campaign and Moscow. The House and Senate Intelligence committees are also investigating. Gallup's results are based on telephone interviews with 1,500 U.S. adults. http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/326352-trumps-approval-rating-sinks-to-35-percent-poll
I think it would be rather easy to support the Iraq war. Christopher Hitchens has many videos with very decent reasons as to why someone would have supported it If you want to check that out. Fascinating listening for sure.
Well we are at that 35% mark where significant market underperformance happens. We will see if Trump admin incompetence will drag the market lower.
It would be hilarious to see sub 15% approval rating but I really don't want to know the state of the union at that point. Let's hope he's not in office well before that.
I pulled my money out for the most part recently. I'm going to continue to do day trades a few times a week. There just seems to be too much of a chance that something huge will drag the markets down a good 7-10 %. Some of the money I have been using and making profits on the last 2 years is from an inheritance. My grandpa did not work his butt off for me to throw it away on stocks.
I think a lot do, glynch. Whether they would own up to that regret is something else entirely. It can be difficult for proud people to admit a mistake, and you can be proud whether you went to Rice, or had 2 years at San Jacinto College. I've considered starting a "Who Regrets Voting for Donald Trump?" Thread, but it still seems early, as hard as that might be to believe, and I rarely start threads unless they're in Hangout about a comet or asteroid that might hit the Earth (that's actually not a joke - I've probably started fewer than 3 dozen threads on the BBS in 15 years). I've found that damn near any subject one might wish to post about at Clutchfans, regardless of topic, has a thread going somewhere that's appropriate, even if it needs to be bumped. If you're a contributing member, as most of us know, you can do a search and edit a post. A major plus, in my humble opinion. If anyone else wants to start a "Who Regrets Voting for Donald Trump?" thread, they're welcome to it. They should leave out extraneous stuff, though, and stick with the simple question, in my opinion.
