Calvin Watkins ESPN Staff Writer Rockets forward Ryan Anderson will not play in Sunday's game against the Thunder with a right ankle sprain. This will be the fifth game Anderson has missed this season due to injury. Last year, Anderson missed 16 games to health reasons when he played with New Orleans. 14m
He will be solid if/when we play the Clippers again. Blake Griffin is still checking under his mattress every night to make sure Josh Smith isn't there.
Against OKC? Hell nah. Harrell can't defensive rebound for sh*t and would clog our spacing if he's on the court at the same time as Clint.
Might be a blessing in disguise too... if we lose to GS, it most likely keeps them in #1 and avoids them til WCF.... Also do not want to see LAC in the first round.
don't be so naive this is just a smart cover to give flying ryan some rest before playoffs and not catch attention of the league office
Yeah, i can see MDA starting Gordon tommorrow with Trevor sliding at the 4 (that's basically what he did other times aside for one game when he started Dekker). Maybe playing Eric and Lou in different minutes is also going to help them, i'm not really sure they fit together from what i saw in the past games, but maybe it's just a feeling.
We're gonna get annihilated on the boards by OKC tomorrow. Not that Anderson is great in that regard, but Ariza at the 4 will be...yeah....
dont worry we are a good rebounding team...and we have MVP whos gonna show the world hes on RB rebounding level
Eh, hard to argue with that, but unless we start Trez (and we know MDA won't start him at the 4) we just don't have some sort of answer, the guys will have to come out strong and eat the boards as hard as they can.
DO NOT START GORDON! For some reason when Gordon has started ( I think it was only once or twice) he has disappeared. Start clutchfans.net maligned, Wisconsin born, Samuel "Carries his lunch in pails" Dekker. His rebounding and hustle will do wonders against the Thunder.
