The playoffs start in exactly 3 weeks. Unless there's ligament damage, that should be enough time for him to rest up and recover.

The magic number for the 3rd seed is only 5. So the Rockets basically have that locked up(especially if the Clippers take care of business today). Although if they lose a few additional games, it could affect the MVP race and finishing with a better record than Cleveland.

Just give Montrezl Harrell all of the minutes and let him get his legs back again. He needs to get use to more intense games.

    Dekker can get benched.

Sign Jimmer Fredette. We need more points, we need the 100 pts a game record. Seriously, please rest Ryno till the playoffs. We don't need to be limping into the playoffs.

    any vid of the injury?

Someone said he was supposedly limping away from contact with Cousins. Someone said there was the third time, not the first elbow or the following incidental head-butt. I saw a video of those two. It didn't happen then. Maybe it wasn't due to wrestling with Cousins??

It was the foul with 2:29 left in the 4th. He landed on Cousins' foot and was lying on the court for a minute or two.

grade 2 is a injury with partialy ruptured ligaments, 2-3 months recovery needed. maybe little less for top athlete.
but you can not walk off from a field with grade 2 sprain- he ll be fine, i belive.

It was due to wrestling with Cousins. Don't have video, but it happened during the third incident where DMC kinda stumbled and fumbled the ball, and Anderson sort of knocked it away. He stepped on Cousins' foot and rolled his ankle in the process. Cousins says Anderson was flopping, but I honestly think Cousins is just that much stronger than Ryno.

If he could hit the 3's I would like that idea.

I just knew something bad would happen from Anderson defending Cousins...

Only 6 rebounds, 10 of 25, only 5 FTs, 3 TOs... it wasn't THAT bad.

Man what a ****ing buzzkill. Ryno is a huge part of our offensive success. Can't just plug someone in. Hopefully he's back soon.

Funny you say that. DEKKER OR HARRELL? Because neither of them can so it makes no difference.

True, and that is our problem. We have no other forwards other than Wiltjer, who coach doesn't play. I say unleash Wiltjer, but I know it won't happen. He will throw in Lou, Gordon, or Dekker. Who would you choose?

Can Wiltjer make Ryno obsolete? I say let's find out. Give him some playing time now that 3rd seed is virtually locked up.

(And, no. Wiltjer won't make Ryno obsolete.)
