There are not different type of clearances that exempt one from responsibilities. The rules apply to everyone.
Has anyone here discussed the notion or seen anyone discuss that perhaps Russia has wanted this to happen? Perhaps they are banking on this all coming out (with or without their help I don't know) and it becoming a huge national embarrassment. Perhaps by the end of all this you could have Paul Ryan as president.
Bob, if you are not a lawyer, your legal opinions are at best ... anecdotal and cute. You can have an opinion; everyone has a right to their own opinion. But you can not expect your opinion to be taken seriously or have any weight, as in this case, unless you are an expert. In this case, we should seek out legal experts who have have experience in this area of the law. ABC’s Dan Abrams: Now is the time for you to STFU and move on.
Comey, yesterday, said that Russia made no attempts to hide their extensive efforts. Their intent was to damage Hillary and cause democratic chaos in our election. Russia was successful and should be expected to do it again ... and again ... and again ...
I understand that. What I was referring to more though is more for Russia wanting this to drag on and let out that the administration did in fact collude with them. Resulting in them all being thrown out of the White House and even going to jail. THAT would be the national embarrassment I'm referring to.
It is accurate. Just because one is a scumbag politician who does not know how to handle state secrets does not exempt them from the rules.
Funny how you apply "scumbag politician" to one individual and not the other. And, by "funny", I actually mean the Trumpian "Sad!" that closes many of his tweets.
SMH, you don't know what you are talking about kid. Like numerous issues, you can find legal experts to argue every different angle. In this instance, you find some who will push a narrative to be used as DNC propaganda, but that doesn't make it true or right. I know that you are nothing more than a partisan hack, so I'm wasting my time by talking to you about this, but you really are wrong. Hopefully one day when you grow up, you'll have some experience dealing with classified information and the laws that govern it and we'll be able to have a more productive conversation. Till then, I know you'll just keep pimping out DNC propaganda because you don't know any better so it's probably best to end this here.
Actually it is. There's not a level of clearance that allows one to mishandle classified information. In fact, your responsibilities only increase the higher the clearance and the more sensitive the information that you are entrusted with gets.
The correct and righteous path would not be to get legal advise from legal experts, but to go to internet bulletin board and get advise from someone who is clearly not a lawyer. Bobby you are a true piece of work. BTW you can shove your condescension up your ass where all of your valued opinions reside.
