They aren't trolling, this is what they really believe. They live in a different reality - alt-reality. We are talking to people who are for a better word brainwashed. People like Bigtexxx, bobbythegreat, CML, spaceghost - they are all warped in their view and can not see their own bias. I see this in real people as well, tend to be older and perhaps a sign of early stage senility. But they buy into anything they find on Breitbart or Info Wars or whatever. They see whatever propaganda that comes from those sources as the truth, and whatever truth comes from the "MSM" as propaganda. They have a rationalization for every kind fo counter argument to their reality mainly involving conspiracy theories. These people are of the same mindset of the people who think 9/11 was done by the U.S. govt. What is sad is that they represent a YUGE chunk of the population. Trump isn't trolling the media as part of some artful game - he is one of these people. He is just like CML. He gets his news and views from the same source. That's why they accept him and think he makes sense. He is literally one of them.

People voted for Trump due to his agenda around economic growth (infrastructure spending, lower taxes) and strong borders (in part due to the rise of ISIS and their inspired attacks in American which happened under Obama). All the liberals can see is what they perceive as non-PC comments from Trump and therefore write off everything else that comes from him. To liberals, being PC is of #1 importance (feelings over facts), and without that you're simply a racist/misogynist/Hitler clone. Totally laughable and wrong.
Everything that comes from him? Sorry, but you're wrong. We have no way to judge at this stage his performance on economic growth and border protection. All we have to go by at this point are his actions to date. And yes, his words uttered in a public forum such as Twitter are actions. And he has been a failure to date, which is pathetic given the short time he has been President. He has historically low approval ratings because the American people expect more from their President. He has made zero attempts to reach out to his opponents- which he promised to do. He should just shut his yap and do his job- and maybe lay off the weekly vacations. Your opinion is valid. It's also in the minority. He may go down as the worst President of the last 2 centuries. I hope he does well- I'd like to avoid another recession- not good for business.
Agreed. The idea that Trump has been trolling people, or playing some game with the media for diversion should be put to bed. He's a believer.
I still do not disagree with anything he has done policy wise but I do not like the healthcare bill they are peddling. If it passes in the same form as it is now, I will have a huge disagreement with him and all Republicans. That being said, although I did vote for Trump, I did so because he was the only candidate that could beat Clinton. I voted against Clinton in the election. I was a huge Ted Cruz supporter in the primaries and couldn't stand Trump. I still do not like Trump but think he is doing a good job thus far. He has done far better than I would have ever predicted.

They actually believe the BS they peddle because of their warped sense of reality and the daily media just spoon feeds it to them which reinforces the make believe world they live in just like you said. He claims we get our news from one source when he couldn't be farther from the truth. He probably thinks I have Fox news on all day. Truth is, the only time I watch Fox is during debates, election day coverage, and when my Mother-in-law comes to visit because she does actually sit and watch it all day long. When I watch TV it is almost always on the Discovery channel, the History channel, Animal Planet, etc... I do sometimes watch HBO. In the rare times I tune to a news feed to learn about a story like a terrorist attack or something like that, I typically switch between all the station, CNN, MSNBC, and FOX . I have learned like I am sure you have too that you have look at multiple sources to get the whole truth and a lot of times you never get the whole truth from any of the network news stations.
You're comparing your situation to others. They're not the same. I have an aunt in Brenham, TX. Lives off Fox News. I have another member of the family stationed in Alabama. Fox and Breitbart are his religions. It's really a thing. Listen to Rush, Hannity, or Levin- 100s of people who will reference Fox as the only legit news source. I'm not saying they're any worse than extreme liberals. I'm saying there are millions of people who rely only on Fox and extreme alt-right sites- just as I am sure there are millions of libs who do the same with their choice of media.

As an example, parts of Europe (including Germany) are completely obsessed with global warming - as their top priority, even. That's just laughable, but they think it's normal because that's what they've been spoon fed to believe.
