    You can bemoan an accomplished Emma Lazarus all you want. But there are plenty of folks who care about her and her contributions. You can deny the idea behind the Statue of Liberty, but you sir, are not America. America does care about those things.

    From my reading of the Constitution with my social conservative glasses, Trump's executive order is clearly constitutional. The POTUS has the power to unilaterally keep the bad dudes out. Amiright?

    I hope the admin is busy reviewing the vetting that have allowed millions of extremists Muslim into our country. At this rate, they may not get to block out these extremists, but they will have to complete their review, put in place the greatest vetting ever, and would no longer need the EO. Right? I can't think of them not finishing up that process within the next 3-4 months, for the nation security is at stake.

    Heh, while I suspect have this administration busily focused on vetting (and thus not doing other things of harm) is a good thing, I think the only "win" left for Trump and his people is to determine that the remaining Muslim-majority countries on the list have successfully enhanced their own vetting processes so as to not be required on the list anymore (similar to Iraq).

    Of course, knowing the thinking of President Bannon, he may then attempt a new set of Executive Edits, er, Orders targeting countries like Mexico, countries from Africa, and Sweden (that last one for embarrassing Trump).

    Appears the two judges believe this immigration bans still targets Muslims and thus is still a religious ban. The judge in Hawaii quoted Trump, Giuliani and Miller in his decision. The judge also referenced statements concluding the ban was not needed. The judge in Maryland also quoted Trump and Giuliani. A third judge in Washington was also about to rule against the ban but held off based on the action already taken by the judge in Hawaii.
