Wait is this the same troy williams or a new troy williams than we had before? I'm really confused T_T
His height is normal for SFs, not everyone is a 6'9 monstrosity like Kevin Durant. He seems like our KJ Mcdaniels replacement or Ariza intern. I was just thinking the Rockets need a wing more than anybody else.
How are you guys still ******** on this move? The Rockets have beaten the world champion Cavs and climbed to #1 in the power rankings since acquiring Troy Williams. The results are undeniable.
Oh yeah LOL thanks I got confused. I looked for Troy Williams in basketball reference and couldn't understand why there was only one guy there with that name.
Yeah I was talking about his official records. Dude was like 6'9 when he first started playing in the NBA and they didn't measure him afterwards. Height can help but isn't really necessary to become a 3 and D defender, Tony Allen for example is routinely tasked to guard SFs in the league but he's like 6'4 with shoes.
More highlights. An improvement over McDaniels for sure. Driving, three point shooting. Even some playmaking. Grizzlies D League
Saturday is the last day of the 10 day contract. He has 2 more games in D-League in that time. Unless they call him up.
