Roy Rogers: They're playing at our pace right now. They've been able to get in the lane & kick out to shooters. We have to guard our guys one on one and everyone needs to find a body when the shot goes up. It's hard to keep running & getting in transition if we're constantly having to take the ball out. Our offense is fueled by our defense. aka JEFF BIGLYDIK DO YOUR JOB!
liked the team better when Dwight was here. and why are we always so high on our rookies? when was the last time we had a high-ceiling Rookie? unbelievable. Capela is a good backup and Dekker is terrible
What a disgusting 1st half. Bad shots from the Rockets, and zero defense was hard to watch. Felt like Jazz scored on literally every possession.
I guess, but we could EASILY have 60+pts too, and Jazz have already hit their game average of threes. Theyre shooting better than they usually do. Were shooting HORRIBLY. down 11 is awful at home, but Im surprised its not 20. I kindve feel like this is all on our ability to hit (well, and man up in the paint), but not really so much Jazz's gameplan thats killing us. It feel pretty self-induced, which kindve hurts more.
They need to start interviewing greasy Keith Jones at half time and ask him why the Rockets came out flat and have no legs
You need separation to get shots over Gobert and james' game is contact. Ariza actually hitting 3s but this team is lacking fire and purpose right now. Layups/3s philosophy is sound, I believe but that doesn't mean dribble up the court, wait for a sec, shoot a brick. Still have to run offense...no energy from Bev, no energy from Dekker or Harrell, Gordon and Williams just building a house.... What's going on fellas? Wake the hell up. Let's go put a foot in their ass to start the 2nd half and don't pull it out til 0:00
For who? Bench everyone and lose the locker room?! Thats insane to think we would have a better chance to win this game by benching our best players.
Rockets need to stop rotate 5 out every time, Capella must stay with Gobert. No way j*zz can keep shooting lights out.
