Gobert is a load to deal with. Need to get him in early foul trouble and can Ariza please break out of this 2mth long shooting slump he's been in.

The jazz have been squeaking out wins against bad teams for a few games now.

There a tough team no doubt but let's not confuse them with being elite.

Some of you sound exactly the same way before we played Memphis. The rockets are really good one of the elite. We just barely lost a toss up game to the best team in basketball at the moment.

    We will Crush the jazz.

    There not on our level.

    Houston on by 8+

My wife buys me tickets whenever the Jazz are in town because she knows how much I hate that team. She is a wonderful woman. Go Rockets!

Rockets have been 18-11 in 2017
    Spurs 22-7
    Jazz 19-11
    Thunder 14-16

He have been playing much more like a 4th seeded team... need to show that we are actually good

But Memphis was gonna be tired on the 2nd night of a B2B. The Jazz are rested. Plus Utah is frankly a better team than the Grizzlies.

Yes, I remember when Rockets fans were saying the same thing back in 1994.

From Jan 1st to March 8th in 1994
Rockets were 16-11 (they were actually a 4th seed at that point)

ppl were saying: "They have been playing much more like a 4th seeded team... need to show that we are actually good"

    Then they lost that night.

Huh? They're gonna start Ariza at the 4? Why not Dekker in place of Anderson? I know they only tried it once, but damn if it didn't work great that night. And the Grizzlies have a similarly large frontline like the Jazz.

I'd rather we start Dekker again. I'd prefer the size.
But Gordon is doing a solid by coming off the bench and not complaining so I guess he gets the start.
Either is better than Brewer starting.

Seems like either we hit 24 threes or we go 6/32 and stink

Dekker will still get his minutes off the bench. But will Montrezl see any time tonight?

I like this because this frees up Lou to be the sole offensive go to guy off the bench. Personally I believe Lou and Eric are struggling to mesh together in the last few games but I think in time they will figure it out.Plus Harden and Eric play really well together
