I still haven't formed a complete opinion but it is starting to look like there may be something to this. Given the utter bullcrap of the Russian allegations and intelligence personnel (oxymoron???) who are obviously partisan and illegally leaking information to the media makes me lean to thinking there may be something here. I will wait for more facts before making up my mind completely. I sincerely hope Congress is doing their job and investigating this along with the Russian/Trump leftist BS.

Just curious, why are you completely dismissing the connections between the Trump administration and Russia? It is already known that multiple officials within the administration have been in contact with them throughout.

There is nothing to see here. It's just smoke. Every single person in D.C. has a good heart.

He seems to pale. He is going to need some serious spray tanning.

Yea, sure... you have formed an opinion, and that is that anything Trump, his people, and republicans have done is fine and dandy, and anything Democrats have done or will do is wrong. Party before country, no matter what.

"If this IS true and even if it's not..."

factless conjecture from the president's sycophantic followers to the totally non-biased Breitbart and Fox only influenced but didn't vote for Trump OP

"The president is a neophyte to politics. He’s been doing this a little over a year. And I think a lot of the things that he says, you guys sometimes take literally. Sometimes he doesn’t have 27 lawyers and staff looking at what he does — which is, I think, at times refreshing and at times can also lead us to have to be sitting at a press conference like this, answering questions that you guys are asking. But at the end of the day, I think tweets are a very transparent way for a politician of any rank to communicate with their constituents. So I don't think we should attack the president for tweeting." GOP House Of Representative Devin Nunes, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, which means he's in charge of investigating President Trump's evidence-free allegation that President Barack Obama wiretapped his offices.

btw, I saw three people on CNN reporting on this... they simply busted up in laughter. And commented on how we allow the President of the United States a free pass to say things that are clearly untrue.

Yes, it's very unfair to hold the President of the United States accountable for his words.

Trump has the means to prove it is true, but he is not doing so. So therefore it is unlikely true.

Some insight into the POTUS in action over this.

His aids must be frustrated with these unnecessary outburst. They seem to have no idea why and this time is avoiding defending him.

Trump Aides Address His Wiretap Claims: ‘That’s Above
    My Pay Grade’

Mr. Trump, advisers said, was in high spirits after he fired off the posts. But by mid afternoon, after returning from golf, he appeared to realize he had gone too far, although he still believed Mr. Obama had wiretapped him, according to two people in Mr. Trump’s orbit.

He sounded defiant in conversations at Mar-a-Lago with his friend Christopher Ruddy, the chief executive of Newsmax Media, Mr. Ruddy said. In other conversations that afternoon, the president sounded uncertain of the procedure for obtaining a warrant for secret wiretaps on an American citizen.

Mr. Trump also canvassed some aides and associates about whether an investigator, even one outside the government, could substantiate his charge.

Well, the last time he asked the FBI to do something, they slapped him down. He doesn't like to be rejected. Need someone to do it for him.

Seriously, you make a claim, obviously based on your best source of information since it came from Brietbart, and is surprised that no one believe you, and is demanding you to show it?

Hopefully he spends as much time paying attention to his daily intelligence briefs as he does to Brietbart.

I think we're better off if he spends all of his time golfing.
