Well then you need to be a little bit more mature, don't you think? I am sorry that words on a message board can get you so mad. You might want to look up transference and learn what that means. I am not happy we lost - just calling it like I see it. And yes, sometimes the truth hurts. Just calm down we are still 44-20 and in 3rd place in the West....we just have work to do. DD
Apology accepted, I know people cool at different speeds. I burn hot, then cool down pretty much immediately and try to analyze what happened, and what we can do.....and I don't like blaming the refs, when we made enough mistakes to put us in position to let the refs influence the game. Have a great night, passion is great! Fat toad - lol - well ok then! DD
Could you imagine this team with say Otto Porter in the place of Trevor Ariza. It's gotten to the point I'm upset when Ariza shoots the long ball now.
Hard not to be salty at this one but our focus should go towards seeing this game as an indicator as to where this team is and where it could end up, and I'm definitely liking our chances with just about any team after today's game
I am with every team but the big 3 - I don't believe we are mentally tough enough or smart enough to win it yet. DD
The thing is. We need a statement game. To me that was this one. One of the remaining Warriors game and the Cavs. We need at least one of those. Without it there will be big fat question marks going into the playoffs. Yea. Bench no showed. Why? Was it just an off night or did a tier 1 coach make our bench irrelevant?
Confirmation bias is a hell of a drug. We'll be fine. The "fans" who are confidently writing off the Rockets get to eat some more humble pie come playoff time.
I'm giving Lou a lil more time to find his groove with us. He hasn't looked good for us the last few games. Once he gets it going that will help a lot. Ryno needs to show up a lil more often at PF. It's like they can't play him late in games cause his shot is not falling enough to offset his lack of D and rebounding on the other end. We still need a rim protector on the team for situations like tonight when we giving up lay ups.
When Rox get stagnant and a flow of bricks start hitting the glass via wide open looks MDA should consider bringing in Montrez just to change the rhythm of the game for a few minutes at least in games like tonight in my opinion anyways
I mentioned it during the game, I'd much rather the ball in Lou's hands up the court when Harden is off. And let Bev continue to play off the ball and spot up. Why are we fundamentally changing the way the offense is run when Harden goes out? It's curious considering we have a ready-made Harden-lite in Lou Williams who plays much the same way.
I've been saying all along. Lou is not that good. He just padded his stats on a losing team. He is also a horrible defender.
Was he padding his stats in Toronto and Atlanta to when he was killing it? He is going through a minor adjustment period. Lou will be fine.
