I have a confession: I've let Clutchfans.net down again.. I ACCIDENTALLY did something I NEVER do on game days. It's probably why the Rockets lost tonight. Forgive me. I'll take this L. It's on me.. My apologies. This was such a HUGE game and my carelessness has made Harden's path to MVP that much harder I feel terrible.
At least we swept 'em when they won the championship a couple seasons ago . We'll see what happens if we play them in the playoffs, which is all that matters.

It's not just a mental thing, it's an experience thing. The Spurs have been doing it longer and have better chemistry while our team is still new. This is the first year we've had MDA as coach, Gordon, Anderson, Lou, Clint starting, ....there will be a learning curve there. Despite that we've had double digit leads against the Spurs in 3 out of the 4 games this year. Hopefully, we can crack the code when it really matters.

Yeah.. I hate silver linings but this is a good take. All part of the learning process. These regular season games are to get experience. It really only matters in the playoffs. Refs sucked, but plenty of things to iron out.
Wow, what a disappointing game! Our bench was a letdown tonight. I will say it again, I hate the 3 guard rotation. Why doesn't Montrez come in so we don't have 3 little guys? Let Lou and Gordon come in for James and Pat. Speaking of Pat, he needs to take more 3's. James was on fire, which is sad, because we could have beat this team if anyone else had put up decent numbers. Streaky shooting is hard to watch.
The Rockets were actually smart not to foul Leonard, dude is clutch as fuc* making those fts and then we are down by 4. We accomplished what we wanted to do, but the REFS just CHEATED! We got them into an 8 second call. That would give us the ball with 2.6 only down 2. Enough time for a drive for a layup, foul, or kick out for 3 to win it all.
