"It's definitely easier, especially where I haven't scored in double-digits the last couple of games and we still got some big wins that's a new experience."

I LOVE Bev, but when MDA makes the change, and makes Lou the PG on the second team, the bench group will reach escape velocity.

Lou should be the one bringing the ball up.

I like Bev playing with Gordon and Lou for about 3-4 minutes before Bev gets taken out.

Bev pushes the ball up as fast as possible and Ego thrives with that, as will Williams.

Hopefully we can continue to have those 3 play for about a 4-5 minute span before Bev gets taken out and let Lou take over as the play maker.

I feel like it's been awhile since we had a quality win. Last night's win felt like quality. I really like the way Capela stepped up against one of the best bigs in the game.

Also, I noticed that Gasol doesn't like the post on the right side of the basket. He had Anderson on him and looked really uncomfortable on that side. I expected him to dominate Ryan, but Ryan won that matchup. It's a tidbit worth remembering if we play them in the playoffs.

Wow, I just noticed that Harden missed 2 more FTs than Capela with a comparable number of attempts.

Oh, I think you're overthinking this. How is Lou supposed to get his Corner 3s if he is the primary ball handler? He hits those at >50%.

Pretty sure Lakers used Lou heavily off-ball. There is a scouting article that makes special mention of that, and how you kinda have to run a lot of plays for him, so others sometimes don't get their number called. Pretty sure we saw a new play in this game designed specifically for Lou to get a wide-open Corner 3. No way he gets that look if he isn't running off-ball. I'll have to post that play.

I see no big deal who brings the ball up court...it's an overrated statement. Plus the 7 seconds or less vaunted 21 Series action (Pistol) is all about the 1 (Bev) dribbling up court quickly to the 2 (Lou) in the corner, who takes over from there.

Also, I want Lou releasing fast in transition and not waste time coming back for the ball. I want Bev helping rebound. Thus, since we operate at such a high Pace with that second unit...it is just natural for Bev to bring up the ball on misses....and even makes when we run out of a FGM.

Ah ok, Didnt realize Lakers used Lou off the ball.

I was thinking if the ball was in Lou's hands more to start, he would be a more valuable play-maker and passer. Even when Lou is streaking, or open in the corner, I don't feel that Bev is as good a passer to know when to deliver the ball or recognize Lou's spots.

If Lou has the ball he can create his own shot or give Bev that corner three, who is not as proficient, but pretty good from there.

Lou is the only one on the team who can pass besides Harden, For the first time our fast breaks look like fast breaks. Lou is the only one besides Harden that can deliver a lob to Capela. I think he might even be able to get Dekker to use his athleticism more on offense instead of just spot up shooting.

It's no big deal, but I think it could make the Rockets just a little bit more dynamic.

Yeah, he definitely can be used in Harden's role out front, better than Bev. Laker's did that. But they also used him off ball a lot. This is the article of was referring to.

First two vids are Lou out front. But scroll down and you'll see the 21 Series (example compared to Gordon) and the Iverson Cut.

    Here's another article with vids
    http://fansided.com/2016/12/16/lou-williams-trade-rumors-los-angeles-lakers-playoff-team/

I don't view it as an either/or proposition wrt who brings the ball up not allowing Lou to be a playmaker. He can do both off-ball and primary. Also, keep in mind that currently when Lou and Bev are on the court together, Gordon is too, for 3-guards. They are moving it around, no?

I noticed how Lou created that alleyoop with Capela. That showed me that he can have a few possessions as a traditional point. Not all the time, but a few a game works well for us.

Homie sometime I wonder if U actually watch the game. Bev can pass to u know, he racking some assists he must be doing something if not passing. Granted he's not as Gud as Lou or harden, but it's servicable. Gotta stop saying only Lou can pass beside harden cause that ain't true and disrespect to bev
