Harden did this to himself. He was the clear front runner, and he has had 2 months to play well. These past 2 months he became complacent and less aggressive, slow out there as a lot of people have pointed out.

    I'm expecting 56-57 wins

Very unlikely. If they go undefeated this week, then I'll start to believe it's possible.

No argument there. I've been saying Kawhi deserves it more than Westbrook all along. Let's see how Harden responds in the final trimester.

March 26th vs OKC in Houston. Harden needs to ****ing bring it, no excuse. He wins that game with a statement & that trophy is as good as his barring an incredible OKC win streak.

I really don't want him to get it. I want the spotlight off Harden and the Rockets in the playoffs, and then we kick everyone's ass.

U don't want Harden to get it? Huh? Do u know how much an MVP would enhance his reputation and legacy? Also, his confidence would be through the roof if he gets it. It would be a great story to go from not even making an All-NBA team to winning the MVP.

He's a human being, man. He's gonna be disappointed as he'll if he doesn't get it, and rightfully so. It would absolutely have a negative effect on him.

Yeah, u can tell he really wants it and that winning it is very important to him. Almost winning the MVP in 14-15 and then almost winning it again in 16-17 would be tough to take for almost anyone. An MVP does a lot to boost one's legacy and perception, and to be so close twice but not actually get it would be a pretty big let down.

This ESPN broadcast for Mavs/Thunder is embarrassing. 75% of the commentary is about Westbrook's triple doubles lololol

Well tbf, that's probably what most casual fans watching the game would want to hear them talking about. Nobody gives a damn about the Mavs and the only thing really interesting about OKC is Westbrook.

I agree 100% I believe it would be really tough to loss twice specially mentally it's not want for the playoffs I don't see any benefit to wanting him to loss .

We are 8-2 in our last ten games. Harden had 33 points 11 assists and 7 rebounds last night.

    Chill fool

It must be hell playing with westi. Dude has tunnel vision and has no regard for his teammates. Harden had that issue last season but now look at him, he has turned himself into the best point guard in the nba who gets everyone involved.
