Worst max contract player ever. Too self-important.

and the fact he said he won the lottery......Grizzlies should have tried to find a loophole out of their investment once he made that public comment.

    Horrible situation for the Grizzlies.

Kind of a mixed bag for Parsons, though. Sure he sucks on the court now, but he did already get paid.

You want to make sure your max guys love the game, he doesn't.

Not so much the surgery as it is him really not trying to improve or change is game to compensate for what he can no longer do.

It almost seems he is quite content being useless, to the point to where all he has to do is show up to games to get paid.

Don't know if he will ever come back but it took him more than half a season last time to come back....maybe he is a slow healer.....

'Coming back' doesn't meet the eye test; but, he got paid. And paid. And l - - -. Don't think we'll need to throw either a benefit or a pity party for ol' Chandler Bing.

Money and women are nice, but I think the respect from your peers counts a lot more than people think. I can't imagine the feeling working with people that know you aren't pulling your weight with constant reminders of your salary.

I momentarily convinced my self to feel bad for Parsons:(.... aaaaaand I'm back:D.

Parsons will always get to use his injuries as an excuse now. That's big, because now he can maintain his ego and pretentiousness which is all that matters to him. He doesn't need to have that burning desire to get back to being good because he can always be content with himself believing that without the injuries he would be a star player. I doubt he'll ever put in the work necessary to rehab and train to get back to what he once was. He doesn't need to, his ego is in tact

Houston fans still haven't forgiven Scottie Pippen, Bud Adams, etc. It took 12 years to forgive Carlos Beltran....

It's crazy to me how bad he looks out there. He can barely move. Looks like a 55yr old out there.

$94 million over 4 years. Not a bad season at all for Chandlers Parsons. In fact, he will have a pretty nice 3 years after this too. :)

What karma? How jealous are we of Chandsome??

He is not a Rocket so do I not care that he is doing so bad. And people were mad when we went to Dallas.

He looks injured just walking out there on the court.
I mean even when the play has stopped... he looks like he's in pain walking.
I'm not giving him excuses, he's still playing and playing minutes so he can't be that injured... he just looks weird.
