He's joined TNT, we are all going to be seeing lots of him. On serious note, can't risk playing a guy who may keel over on the court. As much as I want to win, not worth it.
If I am not mistaken...Bosh would NOT be eligible for the playoff roster...he technically is still on the Heat's roster...Today was the cutoff day I believe. Scola on the other hand might really fit well with this current unit.
Scola would be fine as a spot duty 4... He can rebound the ball, but his greater value is in post scoring. The dude is still a good passer from the high post, can finish with either hand inside the paint..can hit the mid range shot...and would fit very well along side Nene in short stints...
no. the last day of the season is the deadline for signing a playoff eligible player. Today is last day to waive for playoff eligibility, and due to earlier waives, today is the first day to sign (at 5pm) most of the waived players in question. Doesn't mean we will fill out roster today.
I was one of those idiots. Still think he was drafted to team with wrong system. Half court offense and coaching killed his confidence, would have had better chance in pace and space where he could run and finish. He was a 7foot Corey Brewer without the swag and intangibles.
Banging his super hot girlfriend and making his millions of U.S. dollars stretch a very long way in the Czech Republic.
Of course he won't play, but he counts as a roster spot. If you're waiving Bobby for Calderon, OK -- but I can't get behind using the only vacant spot we have right now on him.
He had a lot of potential, 6'11 athletic SF who dunks like crazy. Obviously he busted but his physical tools looked very impressive during draft time.
No to Calderon and Ice Cream Man (I love the guy, but he doesn't give us what we need..esp at this point in his career)
Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if DD has his poster on the wall. To be fair, if Vesely's girlfriend (wife?) is in the poster, I'd forgive DD a little. I remember the congratulations kiss she planted on Jan's mug at the draft, as if to say, "You are SO getting some tonight." Of course, she probably left him when the contract ran out: "Jan, I tried to buy a car today and they told me we only have a $10,000 credit limit. Ten thousand dollars? What's that all about? I can't live like that. I'm gone."
Not a SF in NBA imo. In MDA system would be a 5. He is a high energy garbage man type offensive player. Can't defend post but is a very good perimeter defender especially on stretch bigs. It's his low BB IQ that kills him the most.
