I think Harden has shown that he has a lot of heart. Every night isn't going to be his night. Shots weren't falling and so that always kills this team.

The problem is as bad as rebounder he is, he plays with more physicality then Clint and Harrell.

**** stretch 4 offense. When you're losing a lead, Ryan isnt hitting shots, cant get team rebounds, ryan for sure aint rebounding, you have to put in a big at the 4 to sit in the paint with Capela. And unfortunately the best we got is Harrell to do that. No not Dekker, no not Ariza.

These games are telling us how much we need a big that can rebound and defend the paint. Look at the way Capela played vs KAT and Dieng........ did he turn up the heat and take his game to the next level to compete vs any of those guys???? No, he was soft and took it like a little man. Did he take it personally and want to return the favor on the other end..... no. And what happened.... KAT went for like 30/15 and Dieng maybe 12/12. And we are depending on this man to start, rebound and defend for us in a conference of more competent big men.

Sure we cant replace him at this point, but we need to bring in a big that rebounds and defends with physicality and like its his house.

True. But you don't take wins for granted. Beating up bad teams is how you fluff up your record so that you can drop games like this and still be 3rd seed. Rockets have some quality wins this year, when they do play the better teams they win or hang in there and have a shot at winning. Bigger teams like the Pacers just give us problems.

The big early lead was detrimental to the team. I think they lost their edge and could not shake out of their funk. Harden is not shooting it well and D'antoni, Ariza, Pat and Eric really struggled.

The person who is shooting the best aka Lou get 28 minutes. Harden gets 39 minutes. I guess we don't have enough guards to keep Hardens minutes down.

I agree , but Clint is a better defensive rebounder . Even if he gets pushed around a bit , he's still much quicker up and to the ball ... If he's aggressive ( which he was for stretches tonight)

Nenes strength helps him on the offensive glass , but he's been poor defensively (rebounding)all year

Dantoni is largely at fault . He didn't make the neccesary adjustments.

Yep. It sux but some act like we're supposed to go 82-0. The whole team took a collective shiiit in the bed and yet they were right in there with a chance to win. Our shot was broken tonight and we left them wide open from 3 all night long. They beat us at our own game.

As for the playoffs - I just don't see how they get passed SA, GSW or CLE.

Nobody supports Harden more than I do, but I always hate quotes like this. Basically admits the team didn't give a damn about the game. Thanks for letting us know, I guess?

Also, yes, they do lack size.

No we didn't meet our quota of 54 3's. We should have shot more. Doesn't matter if we don't make any as long as we get them off.

Of course we lacked size. What is he smoking. Christmas kept posting him up and CJ Miles shot over him, Montrezl looked like a 3rd round scrub, and Capela needs to learn the word "box out".
