So why did you respond to my initial post? Rockets are under no illusions that there are any special pick ups this late in the season. Morey is looking for guys who can back up some key spots in event of an emergency or the odd match up.

The current starters are set, and for the most part so is the postseason rotation. Not sure why you are getting so riled up in this thread, there is no sane poster who believes that Houston can pick up a new starter, let alone a special player/superstar.

Mike D Antonio has always stated that good defense leads to good offense.

A good defensive month led to a 143 point offensive explosion.

    That's the system.

You are way off buddy, I'm not riled up first off. Second people are clearly wanting Bogut here to be a starter I'm not sure what posts you are reading. The entire purpose of this thread is that the Rockets are already good at defense, hence my caution that Bogut is not our guy. He will not get us past the warriors, what will is a star and we can't get that right now so why waste time on bogut. To further explain I said that even with our rebounding deficiencies we are still winning and through the stretch that we loss players due to injury we still had the fourth best winning record during that time. Harrell is already not getting enough minutes. Why sacrifice chemistry for Bogut when he doesnt further our cause. Also when it comes to rebounding our troubles come from having a stretch four but if you want to change that you would have to put a rebounder there problem is you lose out offensively. Why change what works? In the end I believe we are set and our next move should be for another star in the off season. Im not "riled up" or upset at all I never responded to any of your posts in anger not sure why you would even ask that. BTW you responded to me first and if you read your replies to me you will see that it reads like you havent even fully read my posts before assuming what you wanted and responding.

Wow. Bogut is not going to start for the Rockets, anyone who thinks that is crazy. He is a match up piece for a handful of teams at best. But if I mis-construed your tone, that's my bad. However, I disagree that Rockets cannot add because doing so might affect chemistry. We are talking about adding another back up wing and/or 5. Competition at the bottom of roster is not bad. And I am a huge Trez fan by the way.

But I agree on your main point, Bogut is NOT the player we should be targeting. Chemistry (he is a douche bag) and style of play (guy barely runs the floor anymore) are poor fits.
