Strongly disagree Your basing this off 2 years ago and the guy hasn't picked up a bakstball and thought about competitive bakstball but for a few months. The Warriors had great chemistry with bogut as a big component of their team. Iv never heard of bogut being a bad teammate ever. I have heard plenty on Larry sanders. Who just might you know quite the game at any moment. The only thing your saying that might be true is his injuries. I'll give u that.
Didn't seem to fit in too well on the Mavs. Had his foot in his mouth half the time and was getting scolded by the front office. Him fitting in on the Rockets is no more guaranteed than Sanders... Also I'm sure Sanders condition of depression was not helped any by living in what the team owner himself called "the most segregated, racist place I’ve ever experienced in my life"
One other advantage the Rockets may have...we will have the cap space to resign him. Not saying that's what we would do or promise, but it's possible with us...not possible with Cleveland or GSW.
GS can't sign Bogut until July 1. http://www.mercurynews.com/2017/02/...urn-to-the-golden-state-warriors-this-season/
I can't see the official wording of the rule, but multiple cap experts have weighed in now to say that actual language uses a phrase that would limit the restriction to the most recent team that traded him.
I highly doubt he will go back to GSW I wouldn't even trip about that. I really think he ends up going to Cleveland
Don't worry guys, Bogut is going to be our new hero, he's going to come here and say he does like the Warriors since they traded him and he doesn't like Lebron
Assuming a prorated salary, the Mavs have 26 games left on their schedule so they owe 3.496 million to Bogut. When we traded KJ alone we had 3.3 million in cap space and once we traded Ennis we now have 3.54 million so we could pick him up off of the waiver wire and maybe that is why Morey sent Ennis away? No idea if this is how any of this works...
