    I like Covington but I wouldn't give up Harrell for him.

    But I also HATE Bogut and would prefer we look elsewhere if we need a C.

    I love Rubio. Morey has loved Rubio since he was drafted and tried to trade everything but the kitchen sink for him. Morey continued to pursue him for years. Since Thibs has taken over info has been extremely rare and limited compared to the last front office. Harden doesn't want Rubio. And that trumps everything else right now because Rubio would already have been a Rocket if Harden wanted him. Harden wanted Lawson instead. We're just fortunate that Harden and Lawson wanted each other bad enough that Morey could talk Lawson into non-guaranteeing his final year or we'd be stuck with a double whammy fail on that. Morey bailed Hardens butt out on that deal.

    Better to just sign whoever Cleveland doesn't get out of Sanders/Bigut rather than move assets for one of them at this stage.

    He likely doubts it because all of the people he talks to (like @Clutch ) have said the Rockets aren't looking for another center.
