This is an amazing trade by Morey. I get that the Lakers are tanking to keep their pick, but to land Lou Williams for Brewer and a very late first rounder would've seemed unthinkable just a few hours ago.

This looks like a move made in order to compete with the Warriors. If we're gonna beat them, it has to be at their own game. Now we have a shot with Williams.

I don't think Bill and Clyde can survive a 5 hour NBA game with all the FT of this team.

    Anyway good trade

Got rid of Sewer for what is a late first rounder (similar trade to Jerry Lin) and got a good player in return. Positives

    1. Corey sewer the headless chicken is no longer our problem
    2. Lou WIlliams fits very much with the Mike AntoniO offense

    Interesting fact:

According to WOJ, Lou's agent negotiated this deal directly with Magic Johnson. So essentially Lou Williams picked the Rockets.

I usually check "the other side of the story" whenever we trade any player.
I've done it again and visited a Laker forum.

I though they would be pissed at trading away one of the best players for a 4.5ppg with bad contract.
To my surprise they werent. They not only seemed glad but also that they would be happy to trade him for a donut.

    What's the catch?

Now time to dump the two other heads of the 3 headed braindead chicken in Tyler Anus and KJ McDonalds and let's go to work in the playoffs.

They think Anthony Davis and Westbrick are gonna go and play for the Lakers.

PS: they need to be top 3 or their pick goes to sixers. Probably why they want to trade Williams for a donut.

    Iv been saying this myself.

To beat the Warriors you have to match them from three.

The rockets and Cavs are prob the only two teams in the league that are capable.

No defense can stop them that's not the way you go if you want to compete with golden state.

Shooting shooting and more shooting is always the great equalizer.

Having a Lebron James and James harden get those shooters shots helps to.

    What a coincidence
