Imagine if we had Detroit's 1st round pick when they tried to trade for D-Mo last year,

I would love if Tyreke Evans was bought out by the Kings and we picked him up. He'd be a pretty good ball handler behind Harden.

He seems like a prime target to go to Cleveland.

If he does get traded to Cleveland that'd suck. I'd bank on him coming here if he was bought out to play with two former teammates in Gordon and Anderson.

Wow, i seriously hadn't thought about that potential pick until you just mentioned it. DET is 8th in The East and only 4 games ahead of the Knicks (for reference). At the time, i was just relieved we got DMo back but since he somehow got out of Restricted Free Agency (seriously, wuttt?) that really bit us in the ass.

Mannix: Houston tried to extract Kosta Koufos from Sacramento earlier in the year. That didn't work. Looking for backup big help. How active?

Woj: They're always active. They engage in a lot of fronts & try to shuffle through deal possibilities. They had some interest in Ibaka, didn't have the right package to pull that off. They see a window here with this team this year, maybe another piece that gets them another round. Daryl is always aggressive & Les is always willing to spend. He's at a point in his life where he's made the commitment to try & win & give them what they need resources wise, luxury tax or whatever it is. They're engaged with a lot of teams on a lot of fronts. We'll see whether any come to pass. They're trying to add.

    Mannix: How close are they?

Marks: I don't see it quite yet. You have to be careful about what assets you give up to get closer to Golden State. It might set you back. Houston is in good position. All their first round picks & two second round picks, a K.J. McDaniels contract with a team option. You have some movable parts. I would be concerned making a move that helps you now & will set you back later. You can go from 3 to 6th or 7th in no time. Can you make a deal that gets you past SA? Yeah. With this Warriors team, I would not go big game hunting.

I know we need help with rebounding but keep an eye out on Denver and Emmanuel Mudiay.

    Something along the following...

KJ, Brewer, Ennis future 1st and future 2nd

    For

Mudiay and one of either Gallo/Chandler/Faried

This is a Morey move that puts us in a win now mode.

Mudiay had fallen out of their starting lineup... He's been struggling on offense and I'm sure he could be had for cheap. Im

Mudlay maybe, but Mudlay + Gallo or Chandler and they take back Brewer. No way in hell.

The Rockets should take advantage of the Kings, and trade Corey Brewer to them. LOL As long as the Rockets get rid of Sewer, and get someone more useful than Sewer in return, I will be happy.
