What one NBA player could make you an ex-Rocket fan?

All this talk of possibly acquiring Andrew Bogut has me on the verge of puking. I've hated Bogut for years, but his time with the Warriors, who I hate as a team, cemented that for me. Still, if Dorrel Mary got really drunk one night and pulled the trigger on that trade, I'd grudgingly accept Bogut as a Rocket and continue watching my team.

But we all have that one player throughout all of NBA history, that guy we despise so deeply that if the team added him to the roster, we might be disgusted enough to find a different team to root for.

For me, there were a few possibilities: Karla Malone, Bruce Bowen, Bill Laimbeer, etc. None of those guys moved the needle so much that I would abandon my beloved Rockets, though.

One guy does, however: Derek Fisher could make me an ex-Rocket fan. He's the one player I could never stand to see in a Rockets uniform.

Who is that guy for you?

None. I hated Romo but would welcome him to the Texans. I don't hate many basketball players and i love the Rockets!

No one. Although it'd be a difficult pill to swallow at first having to root for LeBron.

As bad as Brewer is I'm really hoping we don't pick up Matt Barnes.

No one will make me give up my Rockets fandom, with exception of the owner moving the team.

No one. However, Draymond would be the closest.

NOTHING COULD STOP ME FROM LOVING THE ROCKETS. HOWEVER, SEEING KOBE IN A ROCKETS UNIFORM WOULD TRIGGER AN EPIC FIT OF PROJECTILE VOMITING

Okay, nobody's actually asking you to stop watching the team. Most of us here wouldn't bail on the team regardless of who they brought in. No need to flex your fan biceps for the rest of us.

For those of you who take everything literally, the question becomes:

Which one player would soil a Rockets uniform so badly you would have to watch games with a puke bucket next to your chair?

While not a player, the thought of Pringles running this team I thought might make me give up on the Rockets. This hasn't happened. But if we experience a first series playoff meltdown and the Rockets braintrust decides to throw in the towell and try to redesign itself once again, there may come a point where the revolving door of team identity will take its toll on me.

Nobody! I would have a really hard time rooting for certain players though. It took me a long time to warm up to Artest and I never quite liked Terry but it never changed anything. Now if we get Bill Laimbeer out of retirement and Morey publicly endorses dirty play then I will have issues.

I got over seeing Terry in a Rockets uniform pretty quick and I wouldn't give up Rockets but I would have never cheered for Fisher. Or Harping. F both guys from a purely WWF heel standpoint.

If we acquired Jeremy Lin I'd still be a Rockets fan but would just delete my CF account.

I'd always be a Rocket fan, but Matt Barnes would put it to the test.

If we were to land Curry I'd never defend him in any form of argument.
