    If Asik is stretched and waived you sign him for sure cause Asik and Capella manning the 5 spot is not bad.

    Would be nice but have a feeling that bridge has been burned. He was very unhappy in Houston, with Morey after we signed Howard. Apparently Morey guaranteed him a starting role when we signed him and he felt betrayed and demanded a trade when we basically replaced him with Howard.

    But he also had his best season playing alongside Harden. Now he's declined and it's unlikely he will get a starting job elsewhere, Houston is a good fit for him.

    he did have his best seasons here, but almost any center can look good in this offense. see the PER of capela, nene, and harrell. we don't have to take on his 4/yr 40M contract to get good production from a C. that's also one of the contracts which will make it impossible for the pets to build a championship team. asik/hill/moore will handcuff their cap. i wouldn't want to help them out.

    He was given the starting role he was promised. It's not like Morey lied to him. The roster changed when the best center in the league became a fee agent. I don't blame him for wanting to go somewhere and start, but blaming Morey is stupid.
