Trump brought it up, check the entire press conference as well as transcripts. You have been repeatedly shown that you are wrong, same as Trump
The president of CNN put bids on photos of Obama in 2009 at a non profit event. The DailyCaller points out he did not however bid on any photos of Trump. Why would Zucker bid on a photo of a man who openly disparages of him? I would be confused if Trump had a photo of Zucker in his office. Then Carmen Aristegui, a journalist from Mexico for Mexican CNN, said in her speech: “Trump has unleashed the worst hatred and has given force to racism and xenophobia. He has opened the door to the worst demons. That is why the world is so frightened, and why we must use the tools of democracy and human rights to face the time that is approaching. Sadly, the Mexican government does not have the strength to stand up to this enormous challenge from someone who has called us rapists, swindlers, and criminals.” Doing this she put two fingers up to her nose making an illusion to the most famous fascist in history while talking about Trump. Her point, while over-exagerated, is a real fear. This list was made in 2003, and almost every point on it has a real example of Trump trying to do it. Watch this: Consider reading Sinclair Lewis' book about it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/It_Can't_Happen_Here
Majority of Americans don't even follow the news. Let alone thing the biggest news agencies are the enemy.
and you equate the question that they asked in the gallup poll to mean that Americans think the press is their ENEMY? That's a gigantic leap of logic there. What a poor interpretation of that poll.
Sure, that's low. But higher than Congressional approval (20%). And with Republicans in Congress and Donald Trump at 39% approval and 38% (and sinking) approval, the media isn't that far behind.
RL is the same guy that lied about welching and even tried to blame the guy he welched on. Just like his goto masturbation mango mussolini.
Oh, no, sir. You WILL NOT use Sean Hannity as an example. Absolutely not. Let me tell you about Sean Hannity. I've been listening to this clown since 2008. My AM radio choices in Lubbock and, now, Houston have been Limbaugh, Hannity, and Levin. All day, every day. There is cherry-picking, and there is Hannity-picking. He is, without a doubt, the single biggest partisan hack bullshit artist- no,not artist, that takes talent- bullshit commentator in the history of bullshit commentators. It's the same bullshit numbers- "90 million Americans out of work, 50 million on food stamps..." bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. He has below-zero credibility. He's a perfect mouthpiece for Trump b/c he lies and distorts the same, if not more, than Trump. "All I want is for America to be safe." Every time, he cites Fort Hood, San Bernardino, Boston, and Orlando. Every. Time. No Columbine, no Newtown, no Oklahoma City, no Charleston. No mention of the 100s of white serial killers and mass murderers. I am not being over-the-top on Hannity. This is mild. He's a rat-faced, filthy ****ing liar. And that's being generous.
I don't have enough popcorn for this clown show. It would be hilarious if it wasn't so horrifying. I hop GOP partisans are happy with the decision to exchange our democratic tradition for a grab bag of conservative policies and tax cuts for the wealthy. If history is a guide, this isn't good at all. It is happening here. Keep the pressure on your representatives and encourage friends and relatives in red districts to do the same.
Aw yea-ah! Please do watch that. I'm still cashing my little royalty checks for my appearance circa 11:00. Seriously good find, if disturbing.
Obama's WH can be faulted for its aggressiveness against journalists. Many liberals wrote about it. But he did not call the entire apparatus false and enemies of the people because it challenged him.
And? People are more likely to listen to whichever source tells them what they want to hear. It's why blogs have become so popular.
His Hillary obsession is pretty bizarre. Almost like he wanted her to actually win so he could be spending these years whining about her "fraudulent" victory and not doing actual work in the White House. Anyway, over 60 million people in this country voted for this buffoon and probably thought this press conference was acceptable. They're the real problem here, not Trump. And as long as Trump can continue to successfully brainwash them, we will get 4 more years of them because of the electoral map.
You know, I listened to that whole press conference, and I don't think it was as bad as people are saying it was. OK, yes, he clearly said some incorrect things- and had some boneheaded statements. But you have people using adjectives like "horrific" and "unhinged"- look, I think the guy's very intellectually challenged, and based on my political leanings, I have no reason at all to support him. But it was nowhere near the way people are describing it. The best part is him reading off a script and doing his explaining thing. He's not good with answering questions in that type of format. But if you listen to him completely unbiased, you can see exactly why he appeals to people. It's very natural. It's not forced. And they see him as sticking up for himself. Yes, he brings a lot of **** on himself. But he's at least a little bit right about CNN and MSNBC- as much as l enjoy their reporting, they do tend to be slanted against him when they don't always have to be. Now, there's no excuse for lying. Which he clearly did. But I think maybe we need to turn down the extreme reactions a bit. OK, he lies - call him out on it, but this is not the end of the world, either. OK, he's very awkward- but if you make fun of that, you're just as bad as the people who make fun of "snowflakes." I don't know, maybe I'm overly trying to give him a chance. Maybe it's like overcompensating. But I sat through the whole thing telling myself to be as objective as humanly possible, and I just don't think it's as horrible as people said. At times, yes. But it was also humorous at times as well. The uranium part was cringeworthy. But it wasn't 75 minutes of cringeworthy, either. You know, call him out on his lies, but also, hey, if he says anything that's positive, mention that as well. Again, I'm not at all saying to let him get away with lying. But call out BOTH things. OK, liberals, go ahead, curse me out. I probably deserve it. I'm a traitor.
