I'd love that because I don't think he's going to be this top 10 supertar player.

He has Lamar Odom written all over him and not just because their games are similar but they both have the same passive mentality. He's not an alpha dog imo. He will be a nice piece on any team but the lakers would draft him thinking they got the next lebron or magic there in for a rude awakening.

I think Jeanne Buss bringing Magic on board is a great move (not a done deal yet however-believe they're meeting on Monday).

 

Kobe as Pres or assistant to Mitch? Director of Player personnel, he could literally do anything. This would be a strong move by the Lakers, anything but coach or player would be a great add

 

Why would Kobe be a good executive? I'm not saying he wouldn't but I don't see why he would either.
