I guess by citing this 1965 law you are ignoring the immigration law and section 1182(f) which expressly grant power to the executive branch to limit immigration from countries with terrorist ties in matters of national security. Of course that law was enacted in 1952 if I am not mistaken so you will probably claim the 1965 law you cite takes precedent. If so I must point that in US code 1187 enacted in 2011 section 1187(a)(12) grants the President authority to limit visas from countries that promote terrorism. So if your argument is the 1965 statute "trumps" the 1952 statute then the 2011 statute "trumps" the 1965 statute. I may also point out the 2011 statute was enacted during the leftist hero Obama's "reign". Obama used that statute himself without court challenge from wingnut leftist and idiots like yourself.
