No, but props to him for doing his job. Now he just needs to reverse the dozens of other stupid things he's said and done. I don't see that happening.

Yes, the pro-business free market crowd at Fox and in the white house are now all about telling a business how it should be run as well as trying to boycott and shut the business down that employs 80,000 people. They want to end 80,000 American jobs.

Good, we all know that if he had said nothing, you'd be doing your best to try and defend Conway here. I'm thankful that he saved you the trouble. .

I dont recall obama calling out businesses via twitter but perhaps the worst economic crisis in history had something to do with you perspective of the economy under obama.

Major I think you and I both know that a federal suit against a company alleging bias in lending by the CPFB, justice department
or suing based on CMO actions during the crisis will result in a quick settlement.

Under the guise of dealing toxic mortgages they've extracted multi billion dollar penalties from nearly every American banke
and even many of the international banks.

They know it will never go to trial as its a stain on the reputation of companies worth hundreds of billions of dollars,
so they simply settle, pay a check and let them move on to the next one. Going public with charges hurts the brand and
value of a business so they settle fast. Its extortion and its terrible.

Give me a break. What were the headlines: "White House counsels Conway", I think? Yeah.........counsels her, such as, "That was great work, KellyAnne, but next time, make sure you mention the great variety of styles and colors."

Is his Twitter the "official POTUS" account? I thought that was his same Twitter before he was president. If, yes, then it was inappropriate. I never considered it to be, though. Kellyanne's was inappropriate though, although, again, I'm not sure she was speaking in any official capacity.

I do think that Nordstrom was making a political statement though, and I do think they deserve to be boycotted.

No, this isn't the first time his administration has done this.... no, he isn't "a hero now", but apparently has surrounded himself with incompetent people.

You know, folks, it's fine to have this thread and all, but... everyone knows he is going to use the office, to some extent, to help himself and his family in various ways. Even his supporters knew this coming in.

I prefer to worry about whether he will start a war, whether he will decrease our civil liberties further, whether he will try to ruin our constitutional government by bullying courts, whether he will make the world a less safe place, and whether he will make reckless changes to our social safety net, voting rights, or regulatory agencies.

Yeah, he's going to aggrandize all things named Trump, sure. That's the least of our problems.

Citizens United ruling: corporations have the right to free speech. Why would you boycott free speech?

Of course Conway was speaking in an official capacity, from inside the White House.

Trump's tweet directed at Nordstroms came from both Trump accounts:

    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...tisan-heat-for-ivanka-nordstrom-comments.html

So I guess it qualifies as inappropriate?

This decision by Nordstrom wasn't even political. They've been wanting to do this for months but held off to try to avoid it being labeled a political decision, so much for that now.

I'm only sorry that I can only "like" this post once, because you spoke truth to idiocy as well as anyone I've read down here in a long time. Just a great, and truthful, post.

    Kudos.
