    he means the thread title is unclear: "my apologies" means you're going to make apologies to people. You should probably change the thread title to something like "apologies that doubters owe me" to keep the grammar nazis happy. ;)

    The post in question guaranteed a loss because of a substitution, it did not merely question the substitution.

    Nothing wrong with anything here.

    The issue is when people start guaranteeing a loss halfway through the second quarter in a game that's within 5 points.

    Are these people annoyingly trying to use reverse psychology or is this board filled with chicken littles?

    I intend to find out!

    remember when we lost to the lowly heat then they go on a 8+ games winning streak afterwards

    every win in NBA is a huge accomplishment

    Partially true. Yes, anybody can win or lose on any given night, but those are outliers. We have a month-long sample size that clearly shows the Rockets underperforming, and it's not just due to the NBA being tough night-to-night. Maybe it's due to scheduling/fatigue/injuries/etc., but it's clear that they're subpar at the moment. They need to bounce back.

    Scheduling and fatigue affect all teams alike.

    I think, this has everything to do with the extraordinary shooting month of December giving everyone an inflated estimate of this team's capabilities.

    Rockets need rebouding. May need to move Anderson. He is now one of the team's biggest liabilities.

    He had the game chalked up as a loss (1 measly loss in February) 10 minutes before the 4th Q ended
