hahahaa i broke the damn coffee pot this morning and there was so much traffic on the way to work. i needed the laugh, thanks!
Rockets have had 41 consecutive games scoring 100+ points. Franchise record is 47. Dec 1969 - Mar 1970 -- 47 Nov 1979 - Feb 1980 -- 41 Nov 23rd 2016 - Current -- 41 Cool, but I'd rather us have a streak of allowing <100. I realize our pace is fast, but still. .
Yes he could. Maybe not in his later years, he definitely could throw down. The only player in the history of the NBA that had played any NBA minutes that I can confidently say could not dunk was Yuta Tabuse. Even Muggsy Bogues was rumored to be able to dunk.
Why is it odd? We are 38-17, meaning we have 24 games scoring 110 or below; meanwhile we have 31 games scoring 110 or above. Sounds about right to me.
Not really when you consider how many games the Rockets have scored north of 120(including last night). That means they have plenty of games below 110 to offset that.
I should have said, "what is interesting/impressive about this stat". Usually when you see stats like that,,,,28-3 !!! ,,, it's something above your average. Since it is well below our average, it makes it more interesting to me than just a cool stat.
Quick research says we average 105.8 points in losses and 118.1 in wins. 12.3 point differential I wonder what the normal discrepancy is league-wide.
Which says a lot about their defense. Nearly 106 PPG should be enough to win most nights if you're a good defensive squad.
Quick research says GSW is 14 point differential, and CLE is a 17 point differential. GSW also averages scoring 106 PPG in losses.
one thing is to be able to dunk and that is fine but to dunk in the impressive manner bev did, dropstep or something is completely different thing...my stream was indeed of low quality yes but i was totally convinced capela was the one dunking...
