I'm zero expert, but being a beneficiary doesn't directly indicate any day to day control in the business, even if he does control it.

The lawyers haven't left any obvious holes in the way they've set him up.

I'm sure the Donald is outrage. But I don't mind.

Confirmation of conflict of interest. Something that traditionally you don't want to have.

This is so low on the list relative to others, it's side noise for the time being. If Trump exercise and actually do something that conflict, then it will boil up.

I don't think this Congress care either way.

Just making sure the Trump supporters have opportunities to spring to his defense. But seriously, you have no problem with the President, let alone any elected official, having the ability to financially benefit from laws (or even Executive Orders) that they are responsible for passing?

Trump blasts Nordstrom for dropping his daughter's clothing line

Nordstrom announced Feb. 5 that they would stop carrying Ivanka Trump’s label due to its lackluster sales performance.

    This AM, Donald tweeted this

“My daughter Ivanka has been treated so unfairly by @Nordstrom. She is a great person -- always pushing me to do the right thing! Terrible!”

A parent (even of an adult-aged child) can be excused for getting upset with what he or she feels is unfair treatment. But the President of the United States can't do something like this as it would be seen as the US government telling a private business what it should or should not do to economically benefit a family member of the President.

talk about government intrusion... but again, I doubt you will see any Trump supporter, I mean, "conservative" criticize this...Hypocrisy!

"Trump retains the legal power to revoke the trust at any time."

Well, he needs that clause in the event he has to leave office earlier than planned. Right @DaDakota :)
