This tool is from New York, and the reason he's calling Houston a "dump" is "all the homeless people"?

I am from Houston, and have spent over 50 yrs here. I also lived in Manhattan for about 5 yrs, and this guy might want to pull his head out of his A$$ as NYC has more homeless people then any city I've ever been to in my life. They're EVERYWHERE along with their rat epidemic, and you want to call Houston a "dump"? Then pop off that there's "construction downtown"? Again pull your head out of your A$$ when you go back to NYC as you might see a little of that in Manhattan as well.

He might also want to get his facts straight as Houston received the Super Bowl back in '04 because of the new stadium, and the reason it's back here again is the city did a fantastic job of hosting last time.

What do you consider unique? Because all those things are unique to the area, I don't get your point. When I travel somewhere, I always try to eat their local cuisine, check out their interesting neighborhoods, see a good museum, etc

It was meant more as what can you get in that city that you can't get else where.

Donnie Wahlberg throws shade on Bayou City at Hughes Manor
Jenny McCarthy, Donnie Wahlberg co-host 14th annual Leather & Laces party
    By Amber Elliott, Houston Chronicle

Did Donnie Wahlberg just insult Houston?

It certainly seemed that way to Leather & Laces party-goers at Hughes Manor on Friday night.

The singer-songwriter, record producer, and New Kids on the Block founding member co-hosted the 14th annual bash alongside his wife, Jenny McCarthy.

"You don't get a second shot at the Super Bowl," he told the packed dance floor via microphone just before midnight. "They said that Houston couldn't handle the Super Bowl, but Houston, you've got a second shot at the Super Bowl."

    #1: Don't see the insult.
#2: I can't take any journalist seriously when they throw Millennial slang into their news story.

Sounds like he tried to pay Houston a compliment to me. Also, this is the third Super Bowl in Houston. So, hopefully we will get a fourth shot.

    LMAO

A New Yorker talking down because of homeless people?!!

I sat near a homeless guy and WATCHED the Giants-Packers playoff in Times Square's Buffalo Wild Wings.

He's just talking for shock value.

Props to Boomer for setting him straight.

Big events keep coming to Houston and its not an accident. We are clearly viewed as a city well equipped to host these things.

Seriously who cares what some Yankee shock jock has to say.
