    I agree. Although him going on TNT and saying as much makes it obviously easy to pick him out, don't lose sight of the fact that everyone on the damn team was basically a quitter that entire season (except JB Bickerstaff, bless his heart, he tried his darndest lmao). From Harden getting fat/out of shape in the offseason, Lawson being a complete ****ing bum, McHale running the worst training camp of all time, the list goes on and on.

    If he didn't try, how did we get to the Western Conference Finals?

    Everybody should stand up, walk into the aisle, plant their feet wide, extend both arms and stay there for 3 seconds.

    Moving goal posts and a straw man argument in three lines.

    And a good chunk is absolutely false.

    I agree Dwight probably gets too much flack at times.

    Only thing I'd say, though, is I am thinking at this point that it's not a coincidence that the team was great in 14-15 when Dwight missed a bunch of time, bad with him there full time in 15-16, and back to great with him out of here in 16-17. I think he clearly had a detrimental effect to the team, for one reason or another. Maybe not entirely his fault, but I think the results do speak a lot.

    But I agree. Don't boo him. I'll be there tonight and won't boo him. Just think that Howard brought a lot of the criticism he gets onto himself.

    @The Cat

    Everybody else played so badly because of him not wanting to play with the game plan of PNR and wanting post touches.

    Ruined spacing and everybody's will to win games. Is it a coincidence that a team that was very successful when Dwight was following orders? and his teammates were in the right spots and hitting shots the year they get to the wcf? Then the year he lets Chuck, Shaq and the old timers tell him " Dwight a true center needs to pound the ball inside, impose his will, throw it down there and go to work" it all goes to crap? Just shows you how weak minded he is in letting other influence him a different way. Now if we were losing badly and Dwight needed to change things I understand. But we just went to the wcf and he wanted to be seen of as a Shaq or classic center.

    He was a very rotten apple and his history speaks for itself. Never should of let Orlando .

    lol because you were inside that locker room all season long right. just another classic example of someone trying to spin it a certain way because it just seems convenient

    I honestly have no idea what that means.

    good chunk, big chunk, small chunk? He did enough to warrant boos IMO. And he will be booed tonight in my opinion, but hey, you are entitled to yours. I just think the WCF justification is a little weak.

    say what you want about 2013/14 but the chemistry on that team was great. Maybe they weren't serious enough, but they all seemed to enjoy hanging out with each other and had some kind of swagger about them.

    When we were 8th seed playing against the 73-9 Warriors?
    Dwight could have played with 200% percent effort, would not have mattered.
