Come on FB. The terms of the bet were not met. He had 10 minutes and the bet wasn't called in that time frame....However, if you really feel he welched on this bet, I'd like to take SamFisher up on his "loser leaves town" election wager.
Sarah Silverman advocating the overthrow of the US government. This (or even advocating for it) is a felony. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2385
Dont believe me...go read the actual twitter feed from UC police Berkeley...Students and families are pissed off that the cops essentially allowed a protest to become a violent riot... a police presence doesnt allow this to happen...
I know milo but he didn't even speak this time. if he did and incited then stop his speech, arrest and charge his ass. but he didn't even speak! those protestors are trampling his rights and many others with their violence.
Berkeley has long been a great educational opportunity, but also a hot bed for liberal extremism and fascism. I know very few people that would support what is happening at Berkeley, and those that have committed acts of violence should be held accountable. College campuses in general are not very open to far right political speakers and that has been a problem for a long time.
I said it's nut if they did that. Didn't make any statement about believing you or not. Also, asked for a link. Twitter feed doesn't count. If that was your source, then I'm back to no position on your claim until more info is provided. Back to - Trump is lousy for blaming the school and threaten fund.
Nobody is defending Milo. The disgusting part is the left is defending their own extremist behavior by blaming Milo for their actions. Milo didnt cause the distractions. The extreme left did. Police your own.
Wow, the videos coming out are getting more and more disturbing by the hour. Tolerance at it's finest.
Milo wanted to speak at Berkeley so that he can make people so mad they'd protest and riot, then fellow travelers on the internet could post about it and tell each other how irrational liberals are. He succeeded. Congratulations. I still don't give a **** about him and what he has to say and whether or not his audience was rude to him by doing exactly what he wanted them to do.
There was a poster who was waxing eloquently in this thread about how the students contribute (and essentially) are this great left leaning university. In reality the buck stops with the sanctuary University administration. Get the student body under control or face possible ramifications.
I've followed Milo on FB for a few months now. He has multiply stated on there he is not "alt right." (and if he says he isn't on his actual page, don't we have to give him the benefit of the doubt?) I've also never seen him post anything outrageous since I've followed him. He's conservative, no doubt, and will mock liberal stuff from time to time, but as far as what he posts on his views? Typical conservative stuff; nothing extreme whatsoever. Now, I've only been following him for the past few months, but again, never seen him posting about caps on women's education or anything similar to that. If he did, I'd unfollow him in a heartbeat.
Like, suppressing their freedom to protest or threaten them with fines, or expulsion if they do? Or, if they commit crimes, punish them accordingly? Which choice is it that you want? Trump already has made his feeling known which choice he prefers.
I'm not blaming anyone. I'm giving him his props. If he had chosen to exercise his free speech by giving a speech, he might have impacted hundreds of people. Instead, he chose to exercise his free speech by inflaming emotions at Berkeley, get a bunch of free coverage by the news, and get editorialized about by conservative bloggers, and he instead impacts thousands upon thousands of people. You want to play along, I get it. You can magnify his voice by chiming in. I could magnify Berkeley's voice by coming to their side, but I don't want to. They're a bunch of suckers for letting themselves be incited to aggrandize MY.
