Bellaire broiler burger is pretty good .

    M&M grill is also nice.

The buffalo grill off bissonet is also solid .. Is that a chain ?

Let me add Tornado Burger in Stafford.
Too many burger places in this thread and not enough time to try them all.

Someone needs to make one of those Google Maps with all the Houston area burger places.

This thread has reminded me of McKenzie's up in Conroe, they have a great burger.

Sounds like a match! Do they have a bulgogi (Korean) burger on the menu??

There is a Burger Tex in Pasadena that has a bulgogi (Korean) burger on the menu. Never tried it. But the regular burgers are really good.

I'm guessing you're around The Woodlands, too. The Smoke burger at Fielding's is just an amazing thing to eat. Pair that with their incredibly addictive green beans and you've got me set for the night.

Republic Grille is good. I also like Jerry Built. Local Pour makes a good burger, too.

It's hard to spend $10 and get a bad burger.

Denny's off S Main and 610 makes real juicy ones.

Haven't tried the burgers at Local Pour yet, just drinks and appetizers. I'll give it a shot though next time I'm over there.

The one that used to be at Westheimer/Kirkwood was a go-to spot when I was growing up. Glad to know they're still around.

Southwells has been around a really long time and doesn't hold up these days now that we have a LOT more options.

Agreed -- makes me want to keep a list and never take recommendations from those people :)

Stanton's for me, but it's also close to home. Lankford Grocery was good too. Buff Burger off I-10 was a new one I tried that was pretty good. All miles ahead of Southwells, of course.

I remember when the one on San Felipe and the Beck's Prime on Westheimer opened up around the same time when I was in HS, we thought we were in burger heaven.
